overall I didn't enjoy it at all. can't recommend the game. the mouse sensitive is way to high even on the lowest setting. boring gameplay. graphic is good but thats it.

[h1] Genre [/h1] Ein First Person Indie Horror Adventure [h1] Story [/h1] Wir spielen den Neuen Security Mann an der Horthorn Highschool. Unser Job ist eigentlich ganz einfach, wir sollen lediglich durch die Gänge patrouillieren & Räume durchschauen ob irgendetwas verdächtiges vor sich geht. Wir werden via Funkgerät von einer Frau namens April zwischendurch kontaktiert um gewisse Aufgaben zu erledigen. Aber schon bald erfahren wir ein dunkles Geheimnis über die Schule was vertuscht werden sollte und geraten selber in Lebensgefahr [h1] Gameplay [/h1] Das Spiel ist in mehrere Level/Kapitel aufgeteilt. Meist bestehen diese darin einen gewissen Ort zu erreichen oder einen Schlüssel zu finden. In der zweiten Hälfte des Spiels wird es dann vermehrt zu einem Survival Horror, wo wir auch des öfteren Schleichen müssen um nicht entdeckt zu werden. Zudem gibt es einige kleine Rätsel zu lösen, diese fand ich gut gemacht aber gegen Ende war eins recht seltsam und ich habe es nur durch Zufall gelöst. Atmosphäre ist wirklich super gelungen und Voice Acting fand ich ebenfalls gut [h1] Achievement Schwierigkeit 2/10 [/h1] Es gibt insgesamt 10 Erfolge. Hierfür muss man einfach nur das Spiel durchspielen. 9 von 10 der Erfolge sind Story basierend, man kann lediglich eines übersehen (eine bestimmte Maske & Tarot Karte finden, Andeutung an das vorherige Spiel des Entwicklers) aber auch das ist recht schwer, wenn man sowieso alles erkundet [h1] Pro/Contra [/h1] + Gute Story + Gute Atmosphäre + Nette Rätsel + Voice Acting ist Ordentlich + Achievements + XBox 360 Controller Support - Wenn man einen Controller angeschlossen hat, kann man die Maus & Tastatur nicht mehr benutzen, was sehr seltsam ist (da hilft dann nur Controller entfernen) [h1] Fazit [/h1] Ein weiteres Gutes Horror Spiel vom Entwickler Vincent Lade. Ich fand sein Vorgänger Spiel "The Swine" auch schon ganz gut gemacht und freue mich auch auf seine weiteren Spiele. Another great short horror game by Vincent Lade. Although it only has a few sections where you have to sneak around the patrolling bad guy, the game is very creepy. I highly recommend it if you enjoy short horror games where you can spend most of the time walking/exploring along with a few stealth opportunities.

A nice little horror game for an evening. At the beginning I actually found it pretty atmospheric and I really liked the idea behind it. Unfortunately around the halfway point it slowly turns into a much more trashy horror game. Especially the Nemesis like enemy that constantly follows you felt more cliche than genuinely scary. The ending also didn’t really work for me and ended up dragging the whole experience down a bit. The voice acting on the other hand was surprisingly good and much better than I expected. Overall the game definitely isn’t bad but for me it ended up being pretty average. It’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a short horror game to play in one sitting but I also wouldn’t say you’re missing out on anything amazing if you decide to skip it.

Loved it! Some have mistakenly tagged this as walking sim which is incorrect. Depending on chapter it has some puzzles, a patrolling enemy which to sneak past while looking for keys or codes, and a short section where you are armed with a gun. However, had a bug where the keyboard stopped responding. Never happened to me before in a game. Overall, great looking, great sounding, quick loading time, serviceable voice acting. Story and scenarious are silly though and also, even if you're a young and new security guard, why the f would you not report finding, for example, all phones off the hook, and lit candles around the place? Speaking of some of which are placed inside of cabinets made of wood, that school would have burned down by now. Also you climb a ladder marked as “equipment” or something but end up traversing ontop of vents (which also aren't designed to hold a full grown humans body weight), lol, wtf was that about, who designed this school? Also, you decide to go into armed combat w a dangerous person rather than move the table and chairs blocking the exit? Highly unlikely. There are many instances like these, but the game often acknowledge the absurdity of things to its credit. It does have some great moments and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with it, if you just shut your brain off. The dev has developed (pun intended) their games far beyond The Swine by this point and it's great to see the evolution.

Pretty good short horror game, the chase/ sneak sections kinda ruin it tho (as always). Overall not bad.

It's a fun game but note to the developer please...refine it and get rid of some bugs: 1) Sometimes if you try and open a door while having something in your inventory, nothing will happen except for a copy of the item appearing in thin air. 2) The AI of the enemy sometimes doesn't see you even if you're a few feet in front of him and shining your flashlight. 3) [spoiler]I couldn't get to see the ending, because after killing the boss I just got a black screen when the police shout at you and then nothing at all happens. I fumble around in the dark and get to a door but you interact with it and it just says "just got to work". For heaven's sake, fix the ending! It's supposed to fade away and say "safety" but this wouldn't trigger for me, so I've had to leave it incomplete.[/spoiler] Other than that, the game is good, with excellent graphics, some good puzzles, and a creepy atmosphere. But technically it's a bit of a muddle.

Horror and stealth game where a security guard will be in charge of watching over a school during the winter months during vacation. The game is a walking simulator with touches of "stealth" and some action inspired by other horror titles, but with its original touches. The school atmosphere reminded me of Obscure, Vincent proposes good games within the SH genre. I look forward to what the next one will be. 8/10 - ESP: Juego de terror y sigilo donde un Guarda de seguridad sera el encargado de vigilar un instituto en los meses de invierno en vacaciones. El juego es un walking simulator con toques de "sigilo" y algo de acción inspirados en otros títulos de terror, pero con sus toques originales. Me recordó a Obscure la atmósfera de la escuela, Vincent propone buenos juegos dentro del género de SH. Expectante cuál será el próximo. 8/10

Petty fun little horror game. It's not the most complex and doesn't have a lot of replay ability but it's fun to play two or three times
