DNF Duel

I would recommend DnF Duel to *SOME* players. In particular, it's a great entry-level fighting game and a great DAD GAME to share with your kids to teach them fundamentals like spacing, footsies, combos, meter management, and whiff-punishing. Kinda like Footsies with AAA production values. That said, if you're a seasoned fighting game player that's execution-heavy or looking for high drama in your encounters, or a lot of online/ranking matches, it's just not the time for that here. It'll work as a good warmup game or for times when you wanna get back to some fundamentals, but it won't be on your top tens.

Skull Girls is still managing to keep (relatively) more active players than this and they're deleting content rather than adding it.

1. It costs way too much for such a bare bones game. With a game like SF6 costing the same why would you buy this? 2. It can't decide if it wants to be an anime fighter or not, instead if chooses to do the worst of both sub-genres. 3. It has the joy of letting you combo someone for 90% of their hp so if you get touched just get some popcorn and watch the movie. 4. Lacks a good localization.

A great game to get into and even more fun to play! The game is flashy, the music is great and it plays well online!

Apparently the Publisher was fine with hiring very bad people, and it seems the game is largely abandoned by the FGC community because it's not updated enough yada yada, so I do not recommend it I guess. Button combos are fun though, jumps are still ass like any other 2D fighter, but at least the attacks are okay. get it on a 90% sale, nothing less.

A very good game, different from the typical street fighter/guilty gear clones. With a really beautiful and diverse character design, super exagerated attacks, fast pace, big damage, and spectacular matches. It had a rough startup and made some mistakes at the worst time possible, losing a lot of distance in the race against the other franchises, but I still think it has truly great potential. I hope more people come back to play it, it really deserve to exist along UNISC 2, Granblue VSR and GGS.

Solo quiero actualizar mi reseña de como es el juego al día de hoy y si es que estas interesado en adquirirlo, para empezar mi postura no ha cambiado con respecto a cuando hice mi primer reseña y es que el juego es horrible, el online esta prácticamente muerto y si es que te encuentras con un jugador ten en cuenta que muy probablemente sea alguien que tenga ya muchísima experiencia en este juego y muy probablemente no vas a poder ni presionar un botón para protegerte ya que los golpes de muchos de los personajes cubren una gran cantidad de distancia por no decir casi toda la pantalla y ademas los combos son exageradamente extensos y con una cantidad de daño muy brutal así que de ahí el probable que no puedas ni siquiera presionar un botón, es una lastima que un juego con un diseño de personajes super bien hechos y escenarios muy bonitos tenga un gameplay super mal conseguido, he jugado a otros juegos de peleas y este es por mucho el peor que he jugado, si consideras comprarlo en lo personal no te lo recomendaría para nada, el precio esta muy inflado aun y cuando esta en descuento para lo que es y existen otras alternativas a este juego con un mejor online y un buen gameplay, enserio es un lastima porque este juego pudo haber sido algo sumamente increíble de jugar.
