In this retelling of Dante's origin story which is set against a contemporary backdrop, DmC Devil May Cry™ retains the stylish action.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Devils never cry
I used to like this game in highschool but replaying it now, I realized why people hate it so much back then. The story is pretentious, it tries so hard to be edgy without saying anything and it's just generally so corny. The characters are so bland and lame. Dante's "rebellious" demeanor is so try hard it's cringy, and for a guy who doesn't care about anything, he has no sense of humour about anything at all. Virgil is also boring and his relationship or rivalry with Dante gets almost no build up whatsoever. For a game that takes itself so seriously, DmC fails to connect at all when it comes to the emtional moments. Gameplay wise it is okay on the surface, and it's where me and others would defend this game on. But enemy design is a huge problem in this game. Most of the "difficult" enemy types that you deal with are just ones that can simply teleport away mid combo or deflect you mid combo, it doesn't matter what you have done to deflect or stun them. The way they disrupt your style meter is just that, they just teleport away, there is no skill based technique that you can master to deal with this. This is where the difference between the game making philosophy between Japanese and American developers really show itself. Ninja Theory thinks that difficulty means the problems should become more annoying and illogical instead of more complex and interesting. Overall DmC is a mediocre game at best and at worst it's a pretty ♥♥♥♥ game.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

the devil is crying of happiness because of how good this game is
鬼泣主体还是好玩的,打击感很爽,但是维吉尔的dlc太拉了,流程短操作别扭,总体还是很好
No senti que fuera un Devil May Cry

surprisingly good, if this was a original IP and not a D.M.C game/reboot it would have been received better. solid 6.5/10
A decent game on its own, but a TERRIBLE Devil May Cry game.
