Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.71/day in the week to Aug 25 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Unbelievable
8/10 Unbelievable. I was told I should ignore Ninja Theory's DMC as it's an alternative universe take on Capcom's DMC. I played through all five of Capcom's DMC games, and I hated majority of my time with them. They were very bland and lazy at times. I felt like every game needed at least another year in the oven. Wasn't a huge fan. But the package I bought on Steam included Ninja Theory's DMC, so I already owned it. I decided to give it a shot, who knows, might not be as bad and boring as Capcom's DMC games. Turns out it's the best one in the series by far. Gameplay is incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Soundtrack is amazing. The story and the characters were amazing, especially Dante and Kat. Speaking of Dante, I absolutely hated him every time he was on the screen in Capcom's DMC games. He was so bland and forgettable in those. But here, he actually feels like a fulfilling character. The levels, missions and bosses were very fun too. All of the weapons and abilities felt great to use. Ninja Theory's only DMC game is infinitely better then any of the Capcom's DMC games every way you look at it. I wish this was the main DMC game and Capcom's DMC games to be the alternative universe ones.
i have very mixed feelings on this game but overall it kinda good its the only dmc i've played so far but it was kinda meh
no fue valorado en su epoco es buen juego
Garbage
ewwwwwwwwwww who is that guy anyways the combats good
took a bit of trial and error to make it not glitch on my computer (USE VSYNC, you'll thank me later) but overall, an over hated game. the gameplay is solid and fun to do combos, it's a lot more beginner friendly, BUT that doesn't mean the harder modes don't pack a punch. the story is also pretty good and not crazy hard to understand, id go as far to say it fits today's climate. while a lot of people didn't like the characters, I don't mind them, I think Dante can be an ass at times but he softens up a little (I also love his design lol), Kat is a little meh, wish she had a little more character. Vergil sucks tho, I will agree with people on that. Overall a solid 8/10, a favorite game of mine. Better than dmc2 by a long shot
From "Not My Dante" to Pure Masterpiece Back in PS3 era I avoided this game because of the classic "Dante doesn't look right bring back the white hair!" bias. Eventually I gave it a shot and got completely hooked. Once you start playing, the new design doesn't bother you at all because the game itself is pure joy. The combat is incredibly satisfying art direction is stunning and soundtrack absolutely rips. What's wild is that even in 2026 game looks amazing and plays better than many modern releases. Absolute gem. Highly recommended!
This game is a mixed bag, but overall a good time. The style, gameplay, and music are all great. Missions for the most part are super fun (outside of the parts where you have to follow a certain character), and the enemies are mostly fun to fight, the Rage enemies can go die in a hole! The only downside is the writing and characters. You can tell Ninja Theory wanted to tell a dark story but were forced to try keep the characters in line with the original games. This unfortunately results in the story suffering heavily. If you can put up with the story or are okay with skipping it and being in the dark the game is still a lot of fun.
