Genuinely had quite a lot of fun playing this game ! Could tell a lot of thought was put into the environment and creature aesthetics, as well as the game mechanics. Every creature has its own unique set of skills that kept me thrilled while fighting them throughout the game as well. If there's one tip i'd give, it'll be spending some time gathering resources and levelling up to prepare for the boss battles. Albeit I did find the game quite challenging, it is what makes this game enjoyable (:

Progression is a clear cut case of nonlinear and well implemented replayability, encouraging experimentation and repeat runs without ever feeling repetitive. While the difficulty curve is steep, it strikes a fair balance—demanding but never punishingly so. One of the standout features is the world itself. The ecosystem feels alive, with hostile creatures sometimes attacking each other, hinting at a layered food chain beneath the surface. At times, these interactions are surprising—like watching wildlife steal your kill mid-run (my moneyyyyy)—and they add texture to the game's dark, mysterious biomes. Each area feels distinct, thanks to strong environmental design and an atmospheric score that adapts to your surroundings. That said, Dive The Depths isn’t without rough edges. Navigation can be unclear (map design), and some creature animations lack the readability needed for tight, reactive combat. While these elements may contribute to the overarching sense of vulnerability, they occasionally undermine the immersive experience. Small quality-of-life improvements—such as clearer map design and more intuitive visual cues—would go a long way in smoothing out frustration without compromising difficulty. Ultimately, Dive The Depths shows real promise as a moody, mechanically satisfying roguelike experience. Its haunting tone, emergent gameplay, and rewarding progression make it stand out in a crowded genre. With continued refinement, it could become a cult favorite among fans of atmospheric indie games.

바닷속을 탐험하며 적을 물리치고 재화를 얻고 상자를 열어 강해지면서 보스를 잡는 로그라이크 게임. 현재 한글을 지원은 하지만 번역이 완벽하게 되지 않아 안ㅁ하ㅁㅁ 게임내 설명 등 제대로 출력되지 않습니다. - 오른쪽 화면에 깊이가 나오고 보스는 2마리씩. 그리고 바이옴 상자 여는것도 있는데 이건 랜덤으로 나오는듯 ... ? 보스를 잡으면 카드 선택지가 나와 캐릭터를 강화할 수도 있습니다. 발전 가능성이 높은 로그라이크 게임. 아직 잔버그가 좀 있습니다.

I really like the aesthetic and look of the game, the fishes are all nicely drawn and its always fun to discover new creatures in the different biomes. Unfortunately i am horrible at rogue like, so i did struggle at bit with the bosses but overall, i think its a fun game to play given overall gameplay and look of the game !
