A fun game, it is a bit short, but for the price it's worth it. I will say that of the 4 stats, only 2 seem to have any real effect. I won't spoiler which ones, but it is a bit sad that half of the stats don't do anything. Replayability is there to an extent, but without a couple of the DLC, it really isn't. The resource kit DLC does nothing, not that the game needs modding, unless you wish to make it more difficult, but there is no way to implement any changes you might make.
Hoo boy, this game is TOUGH AS NAILS. To think there is an even HARDER mode than the default setting... I advise newbies to invest in accuracy based skills as soon as you can since you WILL BE MISSING YOUR ATTACKS A LOT (I despise RNG, VERY MUCH). An RPG set in a fictional rural Japan period, you set out on a quest to overthrow the evil tyrant hell bent on oppressing the people of Japan. This game is deceivingly difficult despite having the traditional RPG Maker appearance. 7 out of 10.
Love the looks. Runs quick & smooth. Like the story. Great Game, IMO.
O jogo é ótimo mas tem que manjar de ingles, uma tradução para protugues ou espanhol seria muito bom.
Yes to all these games
this game plays like suikoden there is a dictator and people suffer from him you as solider desert his arm and joined a resistance to overthrow him you will get a base and can upgrade your base you can find some people to join 10 party members more or less and get villages support to join the resistance then you invade and occupy towns 1 by 1 till you invade the dictator...there is no interacting between the party members after they join and you cannot see them hanging around your base...there is no war mini game like suikoden all the fights are like rpg maker fight but still this game is very nice i highly recommend it for suikoden fans and for anyone want a nice relexing game there is no stress in this game
Disgraced is simple in almost every way, yet I find it strangely endearing. The dark visuals, stock music (literally), the atmosphere & ambience, standard RPG-Maker battles, etc. meld together into one big mood. However, due to its simplicity, it lacks depth in pretty much every regard. The story is basic and character development is almost nill accross the board. For example, side-characters get no further development after they join your party, basically becoming NPC's with no dialogue. This is a shame as some of them have a lot of story potential, and you'd assume based on your encounter with them that they'd have quite a lot to talk about. I'd like the option to talk to them, or for any of them to have input on the story, but as it stands you won't get any of that, which makes the game feel less alive sometimes. I would still recommend this game since I find the barebones yet strangely atmospheric gameplay endearing. It's quaint, though lacking in any bells and whistles.
Such Paradox-level DLC scummery is the last thing I expected from an utterly obscure indie dev.
This game has been sitting in my library for a while and it took me a bit to get around playing it. Well I probably bit off a bit more than I could chew and started in hardmode, with those new modifiers active to give the game a bit more spice. Then I went running around with the sole purpose to ruin the Shogun's day. Making friends, building my fortress and liberating towns. What can I say - I had a ton of fun! The final battle was on the extremely hard side though and if I play again, I'll probably equip some weapons which pack a little more punch just for that occasion, as the difficulty curve went up there quite steeply.
fun game
