神作,过完主线如同读了一本长篇小说,浩瀚而悲伤。
This is one of the best stories in video games. Also, one of, if not the greatest duos in gaming.
太好玩了
Guys, game ıs really good but those loooonnnnggggg conversations are abseloutely borıng at least for me.
Наконец купил свою любимую игру, ЧТОБЫ СНОВА ПРОЙТИ ЕЕ ЗА ФАШИСТА-УЛЬТРАЛИБЕРАЛА!!!!
Possibly one of the best games of all time. It immediately pulls you through the screen and into the world of Revachol. Any playstyle is fun to complete the game with and putting all the pieces together fills you with immense satisfaction. The last hour of the game is really tense and all your choices dictate the main character's future. Martinaise has the best characters, best story and a very long past that I completely skipped whenever a character mentioned it, but it's not needed to understand the story. The music also hits the game in Goty standards and is unforgettable. Just a warning though that some parts of the game like Martinaise's backstory is boring but the rest is amazing.
insano
Beautiful game can be hard to get into. However, after the first hour or two I could really see the vision, I think the first conversation with measurehead was so crazy it brought me in. Some of the prettiest moments in a game I have ever experienced. Easily the most fully fleshed out lore of any world, creating its own conflicts, continents, natural phenomena, religion. All feels like you are apart of an alternate world. Kim the goat. 10/10
This is one of the greats! The world-building is sublime. Every character has their own history and relations with events that have shaped Revachol, and it is one of the great joys to slowly clear the fog on the illusive first few hours of the game. The game-play is reading. It's most similar to reading a huge choose your own adventure style novel. At the same time however, this novel is one of the best written novels you've ever read and every character makes an impression on you as a player. I have an attachment and a nostalgia for each of these characters. Personally, Kim Kitsuragi is a top 5 best character in, maybe all of media. The voice actor (Jullian Champenois) absolutely nails this sense of bitter dryness infused with a charming kindness and Kim is a perfect companion in this style of game. It won't be for everyone. Games are supposed to engage a player in the 'playing' and you are definitely 'reading' more than the 'playing'. But if you allow yourself to slow down, read everything and daydream about subjects greater than the just the mere 'playing' of a game, Disco Elysium is simply quite like nothing else and it is an extraordinary piece of media to experience for one's self. P.S. Don't worry about optimal builds and more often than not failing a check can be more entertaining than succeeding at one.
