Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.86/day in the week to Sep 3 → 6.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I love this game

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

i bought this to fight and evolve different kinds of digimons, what i got was a game full of unskipable TALK-NO-JUTSU.
amazing game and great story
One one hand, there is a lot of content to this granted there are two games featuring different narrative perspectives. On another hand, you would hope they could address certain aspects on a re-release that made the initial a slog to play through. Several aspects of the game are what I'd coin as "artificial hindrances" / "player hostilities". It is bad enough that the fundamental digmon digivolution / de-digivolution system is already a huge time sync, but the fact they added several elements into the design to further pad out your game time and make the game a slog -is every reason to not recommend this game. They also forced, by design, justifications for utilizing certain features, rather than designing a game that would not be designed for mental masochists who enjoy being sand bagged and given artificially crafted resistances to their attempts to make progress in a timely manner without it offensively eating away at their real world time. Several elements should have existed as to both flesh out continuity in the first game regarding the powers of the MC due to their special circumstances, as well as to simply reduce design hostility against the player that otherwise is sand bagging at every other turn to delay player progress in the most absurdly arduous of ways. And this is all as blatantly obvious as the cringe and over the top dialogues from several characters and the rough around the edges movements and reactions in the 3D character models as dialogues are playing out in scenes. You have to really be dedicated to the Digimon themselves, or to trying any game to reinforce game dev insight, or possibly be a sarcastic type and enjoy ripping on all the insanity of the game as it is -granted you will spend 1/3rd if not 3/4th's more time in these games than you would have if they were not artificially sand bagging and hindering your pace through the content. In Cyber Sleuth specifically... 341 playable Digimon out of over 1,600 known Digimon. 700 Digimon as in-game collectible coins/medals. Missing content that was exclusive to the JP release Yes, there are community mods. One of them is a quality of life patch. haven't tried it. Someone tried to offer a patch in of missing JP exclusive content, but most claim it breaks the game. Again... I wouldn't recommend this as the first entry experience into the Digimon franchise. Maybe Time Stranger would be a better recommendation that is actually easy to obtain a copy of (but I haven't played it yet).
All the "wah wah, muh steam cards going away!!" makes this game a 10/10, and good for the devs, glad to hear it, a crying gamer is the only good gamer, keep it up.
Still a great game for Digimon fans if you have a time to spare. But rather won't recommend it for casuals right now since there is a better game now which is the "Digimon Story: Time Stranger". There is no skip in this game so you'll gonna read a lot of texts. Also for me the first cybersleuth is still better though without the cool hackings skill it pays for the better story, hacking memories has a tons of unskipable texts and unnecessary yapping. Also Ryuji is so annoying and sadboi I can't bare it lol. Diigimon world and time stranger will be best for introducing digimons to someone since there is no digimon world here but a digitalize sandbox. Also fewer digimons without the ability to min max stats and main your digimon of your choice since def pen abilities are metas. Overall a 8/10 as a Digimon fan but with the Time stranger on the market with much better quality of life and story, it's a 7/10 now sorry also only buy it on sale.
