All I can say is don't buy this game because, like many others, I received it for free with "Lair of the Clockwork God". The visual novel itself is quite mediocre; it seems as though it was created after an idea on the toilett. The fifteen-minute narrative is all over the place and hardly coherent. The jokes aren't even funny and I really don't understand some questionable choices you can make, for example: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3223288914 Why would I ask these three strangers why there are only white people on my "team"? Either the "humor" is lost on me, or it's just strange in the first place. Some options are disjointed, aim to be extremely humorous without any clear purpose, and have no apparent connection. If you don't want to spend 30 minutes reading this garbage or 3 minutes clicking spam, then skip it. At least it has only one achievement, easy to 100% and fast to finish this crap.
Just spammed enter until the end of the game. Something about a devil and the gates of hell and all that jazz.

Devil's Kiss
I have no idea how this is on my account, It is not in my purchase history or key activations you just get it free with Lair of the Clockwork God, I didn't want this. I am yet to play Lair of the Clockwork God and so have no idea how this connects or matters in anyway, I simply wanted to complete the achievements so I don't have to bother with this again.
Story
I don't care for Visual Novels and I did not want this, I spam clicked through all the story because I do not care for this in the slightest. It at least has a few choices that probably just change dialogue but I wouldn't know because I didn't read a word of it.
Achievement (1/1)
A single achievement for clicking through the whole story. Devil's Kiss is a Visual Novel prequel for the game 'Lair of the Clockwork God.' The game is filled with puns and humour, and it definitely has a ton of optional dialogues and different paths to take. For such an inexpensive and short game, I wasn't expecting that much! The music, the graphics and the ambience are all pretty good, honestly I enjoyed this short Visual Novel. I'm not sure how good the game they're prefacing is or if I'll ever play it, but if it has this kind of humour I'm sure I'd enjoy it. Constant fourth wall breaking and references makes for a fun experience! On the downside, I had a bunch of bugs in such a short time! I had to restart my game because it kept skipping dialogues randomly and I could hear the typing sounds but not see any boxes or words. Also, at some point I quit and launched the game again for try and fix it, only to have the dialogues with a black background for a bit... so strange. Overall, for $2 it was funny and it's free if you buy their other game, 'Lair of the Clockwork God.'
Pros: + Good writing + Story + Good music + Short story (which usually is a con) but its well written so not really a con Cons: - Save System sends you back at the start of the chapter.

Devil's Kiss - A story about a principal that's a demon...or something like that? I don't know, I don't play VNs. Take it from me: It's a VN, so skipping dialogue is great! Just use a clicker It's a super quick +1 to your profile It's only 1 achievement, so easy to get I can't believe I would've paid for this, but then again, I probably got it in a bundle somewhere.
This is not a good game, by any means, but it gives you the freedom to spend as little or as much time on it as you want. You can blaze through the game in less than half an hour or spend more time in the dialogue. Your choices do have some consequence. The plot is all over the place, kicks off very quickly without gradual world building, and is incoherent garbage. The game play is not exciting. You are clicking through dialogue and making un-interesting choices here and there. While it tries to be funny, it is not funny. There is nothing interesting about the animation or art. If you want to spend a little time in a fast-paced plot with lots of detail, then this is a quick experience for you. If you're going into this expecting a fleshed-out, good plot, interesting characters, funny jokes, and exciting game play, then you will be sorely disappointed. For what it is, it's alright.
