There is a learning curve here, as to how to customize your style and preferences in the options, to make this game work for you. I think it can be done! Nothing here is special, or broken. It just kinda is what it is, and at the end of the day, with all things considered, and any other platitude you care to insert (lol), it's really just not very entertaining. Not impressive. Not very immersive or exiting. It's just not very good, really. Try to get this on sale, if you must. There are better options out there for, what is it, ten bucks? With the purchase of a game, for any price, i WANT to like it. I'm having a hard time liking it,

[list][*][b][h1]Morlan's shorts:[/h1][/b][/list] Hectic arena shooter with a variety of weapons, baddies, special "skills" (of the wait-recharge type) and quite (sometimes a tad unfairly) crazy hard bosses. There are waves and at the end there's a bad guy (or maybe it's a girl, who knows) and fast-paced music although I'd love some more variety on that. Graphics are of the small but detailed type and there are quite a few options to fool around with and the story-artwork of the 60s is quite nice..Yep there's a story, in an arcade game.. who could've known. Very responsive controls which you'll appreciate! It's hard but if you lose it's because you're loose.. (but the boss attacks are a bit too much at times and very hard/impossible to avoid) Bit on the pricey side, if I had a say so..you know.. force a friend/relative to buy it for you if in a pinch. [b]Don't waste more time reading lengthy reviews.. time is of the essence![/b]

Despite not playing this game that much (I want to play it more but my library is full of unplayed games), this is an awesome game and has huge potential. The dev is friendly, and is always willing to answer questions you have in his Discord server. Great game, on a scale from 1-10, an 8.5/10

I like the game in between.

An absolutely brutal and interesting bullet hell twin stick shooter. Unique art and strange enemies make this game special. Kill wave after wave of enemies allowing you to upgrade various aspects of your character and also unlock a special ability from nukes, defensive and offensive help, turrets, drones and who knows what else if you get to a high enough wave number. Powerful sounds and good soundtrack make the gameplay and combat exciting. Also has 4-player local co-op as an added bonus but I did not test this feature. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy these kinds of games.
