Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 25 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I honestly have no idea what the internet thought of Deus Ex: Invisible War when it dropped in 2003, mostly because back then, my biggest daily achievement was successfully using a spoon without stabbing myself in the eye. For all I know, it was hailed as a masterpiece. It certainly had big shoes to fill, considering I absolutely loved the first game. That original masterpiece hooked me right away with its incredible cyberpunk setting and atmosphere. Going into this sequel today, my finger was hovering violently over the negative review button. The main menu was an absolute graveyard of functionality. Trying to actually start a new game left me trapped in a bizarre limbo where my only options were to either stare at the default settings or hit 'back'. The actual option to initiate the game or continue simply didn't exist. I get it, performing digital CPR and forum-diving for weird menu fixes comes with the territory when the game is about to outlive Kurt Cobain, but I shouldn't need a computer science degree just to get past the title screen. Once it finally booted, the actual game turned out to be... fine. It’s not terrible, but life is short, and I’d rather not spend another second of it fighting its clunky mechanics. To its absolute credit, though, they completely nailed the music. The soundtrack is phenomenal and easily the best part of the experience. Ultimately, I’m giving it a pity thumbs-up. You have to respect your elders, and I can appreciate that there was a genuinely decent game buried under all that digital dust. It’s just not ticking the boxes for me at this specific stage in my life, but hey, thanks for the killer tunes, grandpa.

sadly the second game of the franchise that i also own a physical copy and its sad because steam's version of game of the year and invisible war are not working proprely, its a shame because i wanted to play from the oldest to the newest this way i dont even want to play anymore not even try the more recent games of the franchise i just lost all the interest due to the fact that ive spent the last hour trying to play both games unsuccessfully, anyways i do recomend the games both are awesome
I'm done fighting an,,,,,,,, INVISIBLE WAR Helios is online, and aside from that the barfly has developed Empathy. Buenas Tardes Amigos
Kolejna gra z serii zaliczona i można lecieć dalej.
