Detective Beebo: Night at the Mansion

Very good game!!!! I have had an absolute blast with it!! It's funny, cute, witty, and absolutely devastating when it needs to be. HIGHLY recommend it! all for the price of one coffee!!

Best to go in blind, but as someone who loves a good detective game, this is gold! There are SEVERAL endings (There are heads up to save beforehand!), the writing is very silly and charming, the art style is well crafted, and the puzzle/minigame variety is very impressive for a solo indie dev. Short but sweet, highly recommend! Legitimately hope for a sequel and following the web comic! But if you want a few specifics: [spoiler] This game does time loops and the bits of Lovecraftian horror better than a lot in the genere! [/spoiler]

i played this game a while after i moved into a new apartment and was still wifi-less for two weeks (which is also why steam displays the playing hours on record incorrectly </3 i think i actually have around 8 hours rn??) and it made me feel like i was still online bc of the amazing tumblr humor <3 okay but for real, i love this game so much, its silly and fun but also oughh so angsty and emotional and i cant believe it took me so long to finally play it (ive had the itchio page bookmarked for sooo long and never got around to it;;) but im so glad i finally did!! rambled to a bunch of my friends about this game already, bought it for one of them so they can beeb too and i may also have read both webcomics as soon as i had wifi at home again :D

The characters and story immediately hooked me, and I spent the entirety of the few days my first playthrough thinking about this game and wondering what was going to happen. The art is so so pretty, and the music built up a great atmosphere. The minigames were always a fun change of pace when they appeared. I'll be thinking about this story and all of it's endings and characters forever.
