This is the cutest game I have played in such a long time! I will protect Mollie with my life. You're going to get so attached to both main characters so fast for different reasons, you're going to have all of the heartstrings pulled in every direction possible. Adorable, colorful, great music, generally bug free. The HUMOR is amazing. The characters are very lifelike in their interactions and dialog. It always feels exactly like something that myself or my friends would say. Please make more games like this! I say "generally" because I had one issue where my save files corrupted and erased themselves after my first hour of play and I didn't notice until I booted the game back up the next morning. But, fortunately, this game is one I didn't mind replaying to get caught up again. I noticed things I missed the first play through already, so I was kind of thankful for it. Also miscellaneous spelling errors (even after the update, but they're FAR fewer and less of a distraction) A great, shorter length 16 bit-esque LGBTQ+ game that you'll enjoy no matter what preference you have! Also, at 2 hours in, I'm not quite done with the game but felt comfortable seeing enough of it to write a review. So it's not as short as my review time may mislead it to be! My poor little gay heart! The choices you have to make in the end... I stared at the screen for a while.... wow! I don't know if there's a "happy" ending as I have just finished my 1st play-through, but if you're in a good head-space atm, you should definitely play this. It's beautiful and unique. However, if you're feeling fragile mentally, it might be a little much to handle. The game is very, very gay!
If you're thinking about getting this game, DO IT! This will forever be my all-time favorite sapphic, story-based game. I love the fact that you can see exactly how your decisions impact the game. While the story is slightly clunky at some points and gets a little confusing at the end, I love that it shows little things about the characters, making it feel a little more personal and not like the characters are just moving through a story. For example, there was one part of it that showed the passing of time, but instead of just showing a sun rising and setting multiple times like some other games, it included little snippets of the characters conversations, and they weren't big conversations! They were just little silly scenes that are really cute to watch, if that makes any sense. The ending was very very great, and I won't give any spoilers, but I will say that I stared at my screen for 5 minutes trying to figure out what decision to make. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this game for anyone looking for a good sapphic, story-based game. I hope this helps!
This game is just so beautiful. I cannot recommend this enough, even though I may have only gotten 4 endings so far (idk if there are more or how many). Absolute steal for the price!
Pretty good little gem of a game. I got pretty invested in it, and one of the endings made me audibly gasp! Hopefully the story gets expanded on a bit more!
This Game has it all. Interesting story, loveable and relatable characters and a lot of tears. I loved and hated everything about it, my gay heart wasn't ready for this. Very great game, wasn't expecting this!
When I bought this game I was not expecting to write this review but I also wasn't expecting a game to make me cry in under 4 hours. If you have any interest at all in story-driven games with well-written interesting characters play this game. I give it my wholehearted recommendation.
loved it, very cute and simple but heart wrenching. nicely done :)
Super cute! Love games I can finish in a day or two that feature character-driven stories.
