[b] I absolutely love this game! It's the perfect game to just have tiny in the bottom of my screen waiting for me to take a break from being productive but I also enjoy making it huge and just playing through. I love how relaxing it is and how satisfying it sounds (volumes are completely adjustable). It is nice to play just casually as you can progress regardless of the number of hits it takes you. But it is also so fun to go back to levels to get par (or if you are crazy like me, trying the occasionally impossible task of a hole in one). This game is truly so fun and you can tell how much work the creator put into it! [b] Disclosure: I received the game as a beta tester but no one knows I'm writing this review. I just genuinely love the game and I feel so honored to have been even a teeny tiny part of this. I am telling everyone about it and sending it to some friends. Highly recommend.

Desktop Golf is the exact kind of game you open “just to try one level,” and suddenly you’re three hours in, cheering because you yeeted a golf ball across your desktop and somehow got a hole-in-one like a feral woodland accountant doing speed math. The physics? Chef’s kiss. The vibes? Immaculate. The emotional journey? I am now spiritually bonded to a tiny digital golf ball and I fear what that says about me as a person. Desktop Golf is incredibly charming and perfect for taking a breather on while working. The concept itself is quite simple - it's a floating golf course that sits unobtrusively on the monitor (size can be adjusted to your liking) and it is super relaxing to pause whatever I'm working on to quickly complete a level or two. As someone who gets sucked into games too easily in the name of a "quick break from work," this is exactly the kind of experience I've needed - fun enough to scratch the itch, and gentle enough that I don't end up procrastinating. This game is an absolute steal, charming in its simplicity, and was made by some wonderful people - I can't recommend it enough, especially to those tethered to a computer for work or school.

Desktop Golf is the perfect game to have sitting on your desktop. I was honored to beta test it, and it instantly became one of my favorite activities during work breaks. You can play like a normal person or you can play like me and try to get as close to a hole-in-one as possible on every level. It plays so smoothly while you’re working on other projects, too. It’s such a pretty, relaxing, and addictive game. I highly recommend to anyone interested!

This is a solid little mini golf game, with all the joys and frustrations of the real thing. Controls feel good, and while some levels are challenging to ⭐⭐⭐, reset is quick and easy. Good snack-sized game.

Desktop Golf has been a nice little thing to mess around with on my desktop during breaks. It’s simple, relaxing, and easy to pick up for a minute or two whenever I need it. What a fun game...that occasionally will cause me to crash out when I cant get par.

Desktop Golf is one of those games that makes you ask yourself what kind of gamer are you. Do you try to cheat the course by hitting the ball before it falls to the ground or do you play honestly and wait for the ball to hit the green? Do you sweat trying to get Hole In One's by hitting crazy trick shots or do you play the course fairly through the obstacles? Do you take that bogey you got the first time around or do you retry to get that eagle? Do you play the game high resolution to fully calculate those angles or do you play it in the corner of your screen as it was intended? Anyway, the game was great fun!

RIP my productivity. Its golf with friends, but you only have yourself to get mad at and your boss doesn't know you are playing a game.
