Descending I - House of Nightmares

I bought this game originally with little to no intention of this game being good. MAN WAS I WRONG! This game is fantastic! The graphics are solid and the gameplay is smooth! As most people have mentioned, the physics are sometimes pretty wonky and the game never really tells you what to do, so you're just going through this random house, trying to figure out what to do. But is that bad? NO. That's easily one of the best parts of this game! There is no voice acting or direct indications as to where to go. And, the atmosphere is amazing! Easily one of my favorite VR horror games right now! I am really looking forward to seeing more from these developers, whether that be with a second chapter/game or an entirely new game! Keep up the great work, guys!

Guys I have a pproblem. I'm using Oculus Quest 2 and when I get in game my controller not working. I can't move and I can't push the "new game" or another. Is there anyone who has this problem or how can I fix this problem?

Looks like a great game, I'll start playing it when I'm less of a baby.

its a really good game but please fix the bug where you can glitch the doors and look inside them, you can't enter the room but you can see whats around and i accidentally found the end area by glitching through the door

Ein netter Zeitvertreib für Zwischendurch. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Atmosphäre des Hauses und auch bei den Rätseln waren kreative dabei. Die Graphik ist ohne Frage topp. Die Steuerung mit den Index Controllern lässt noch etwas Raum nach oben. So ist das Greifen von Gegenständen, oder das Öffnen von Türen wenig exakt. Die Türknäufe bleiben nach dem Loslassen immer an der Hand kleben. Die Story ist nicht gerade fulminant, aber für eine Escape-Room-Sequenz ausreichend.

1€ für 45min Spielspaß, ca. 6-7 Jumpscares die einem den Puls in die Höhe treiben. Hat sich gelohnt. Gespielt mit Quest 3 via Virtual Desktop.

Cute little game with great graphics. It could be easily improved by fixing a few items' position on the tables. Maybe I only noticed them because I sat down a lot. How about adding seated mode? My only 'problem' was it's shortness. I wish it was longer with more content. I am looking forward to the next games of this franchise.

Not bad for a Horror VR Game, Graphics amazing and also this is the only Horror Game that has been actually making me ♥♥♥♥ my pants 😭 If you are looking for a Horror VR Experience this might do the trick!

I do not like much Horror games. Puzzles - not much either. I play them to explore houses. This Game is (one of) on top of my list. It is worth twice more the price. I like Old Houses with realistic furniture, floor, wallpaper ... I like just to walk around, see different rooms, interact with stuff ...... 1. I WISH THERE WERE MORE INTERACTIONS WITH THE OBJECTS IN THE HOUSE. 2. AND I WISH THERE WERE MORE SETTINGS: e.g. - I would like to turn OFF the music. I do not need spooky music to enjoy walking in the rooms. That would make the game PERFECT for me! But even as it is - it is an awesome game! And, Of course I recommend it. Graphics - great!!! Horror stuff - great too!!! Puzzles - great!!! in my opinion.

It’s a good game, nice graphics but the sound it isn’t the best! I spent 45 minutes to finish the game and if you pay little for it’s fine!
