Emily's New Beginning is the 11th game of the Time Management series and the first on Steam. You play as Emily, who is now married to Patrick and expecting their first child. Their daughter Paige filled their life with joy and made her mother busy for a year away from her restaurant. Emily decided to open the restaurant again, but since she doesn't have anyone to look after her daughter, she decided to multitask and do it herself, even if this sometimes upsets the customers. Emily had to make difficult decisions, either working in a restaurant or caring for her daughter.

The gameplay is similar to the previous ones and the whole Gamehouse series. However, they allowed you to customize your menu depending on your customers. I find it challenging, and sometimes you can barely get three stars, even on easy mode. The stages are longer than the newer games, and most customers lose hearts so fast; even when you use the entertainer to earn them a new heart, it will not be locked; they lose it quickly, especially if they dislike Paige. You'll have to give her a toy to stop her from bothering the customers or hold her during your shift.

The soundtracks and artwork are excellent. There is a memory album for Paige where you snap a picture of her cutest moments. Those are very sweet, and the notes are nice, too. The achievements are challenging, especially those requiring you to use all combinations of items.

I have played this game since it was first released, and I bought it on Steam long ago. But since they don't have Cloud Save, I lost my saved files multiple times and restarted them three times. I have finally finished it this time! I hope they'll integrate Steam Cloud so I can play it on Steam Deck. Another drawback is that there is no indication on the map to show if you found the mouse at that stage; you'll have to click on each stage for the popup information to show up and see if you caught them.
Pros:
+Beautiful colorful graphics.
+Collecting memories.
+Good soundtracks.
+Good game length. (50 stages)
+Steam achievements.
Cons:
- Needs custom mouse cursor (Sometimes you can't see the default small system cursor when the stage is busy)
- No Steam cloud.
-There is no indication on the map to show if you found the mouse in that stage.
The rival character is annoying, and her family is acting like children. Despite that, I've enjoyed the game, but there were some moments when I felt frustrated. This series is good for time management game lovers. I highly recommend it.
