Thought it was a new shot at defense style gameplay. It's borderline nonsensical, and I had huge weird gold monsters killing every add to be demolished in 4 seconds by unscaled dragons. There's something here and I was amused.
Weird, tiny and unfinished. For starters, there is only one, small level. I beat it, and there is a continue button, but it does nothing. Beating it popped up the games one and only achievement. The towers are simply outlines. They start out grey, one upgrade turns them silver, and second turns the gold, which is the highest level. Evert tower costs the same, 30, and every upgrade costs 60. Every purchase is random, and so in every upgrade, so you can build one kind of tower, put it in a location good for that kind of tower, then when you upgrade it becomes something else. One of the upgrades was labeled hard to kill, which seemed odd, as nothing seemed to attack the towers, until the final wave when fliers killed whatever they touched. Very odd. No tactical actions, no strategic upgrades, no fluff of any kind, and no real decisions to be made minus a tiny bit of pathing on a very small map. No fun, actually. Note: If you opt to give it a try, when you open the game there is a tiny box at the bottom of the screen. This changes the languages, though the names of the languages is not translated. The top one luckily for me, was English. Three thumbs down, cannot recommend, not even for free.

Good job, LodisGame! Your game "Defense Golem" is a great homework for a programming lesson at school. But why did you bring it to Steam?! Oo
