the game is cool and original. despite this it has two major issues that need remedy before I would consider spending any length of time with it. there are no loot\exp\money or achievement incentive rewards for playing on a higher difficulty making it pointless beyond personal challenge and accessibility. there is no reason to play on the hardest difficulty in this game, a difficulty I would rather be playing at, since all it spells is more time dumped into a game thats basically just a game to grind and call it quits on. I didn't notice leaderboards or anything that would give this game longevity beyond the quick self stroke. it's pretty competent in the areas it delivers in. the objective based take on the genre is fairly fresh as I mostly find myself falling asleep to a lot of other bullet heaven\auto battler\vampire survivor likes whatever you wanna callem, this on the other hand kept me interested. instead of holding down a direction for 20 minutes and scanning a minimap for pickups or the corner of my screen for an arrow pointing me towards some kind of loot i might want like another game this one has you calling in a mining ship to defend while its attacked, escorting the full miner back to deposit its load and repeat. there are of course nearby airdrops that are pretty much the same as most other games, just a chest with some random junk and other games do feature more than simply wandering around for 20 minutes in the form of mini objectives like this but the placement of turrets and progression outside the action by purchasing a few more is cool. the game falls short with that really being it though. you don't upgrade these turrets and everything is very static just like the difficulty. the second main issue is the UI is absolutely broken in nearly every resolution I tested when it comes to the hero unlock screen, basically making it impossible to buy a majority of the characters. at 1024x768 if you select a lucky single unit, their description is short enough to reveal the last character in the lineup...? I think? there might be more characters after that one i didn't really think about it too long but anyways its f'd and i took some screens of it. not sure how this got by them because in 1920x1080 its f'd, in 720 its f'd then i went 1024x768 which god blessem they actually let you choose but their idea of "windowed" when windowed borderless also exists is to have no border as well effectively making 2 borderless windowed options. I want to praise the menus as they are mostly good, functional, to the popint, not garish but distinguished enough from stock unreal engine to make it feel designed instead of 0 effort but then this entire oversight of the hero screen basically being non functional at most resolutions is bizarre. I guess I have to assume it's a me problem and my game is glitching out or computer is rendering UE font too high or something i dunno. it's bunk and I found it to be an instant non starter for me with this game. i'll try and upload and link some of the screenshots 1920x1080 can barely read more than a few vertical pixels of the text but button is accessible https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3559745786 1920x1080 can't even unlock this guy https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3559745762 1920x1080 or this guy, really most guys https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3559745737 1152 x 864 i tried to set 720 but i think its scaling it weird or something new issue now the description and ui completely block the hero selection https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3559745627 1024x768 if you do this one you technically have access to the end guy but you have to select 1 specific hero that has the shortest information so his description window is the shortest revealing the hero unit icons below it https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3559745603 not good
在同类游戏里算比较差的。太单调了,地图少,人物少,最糟糕的是技能也太少了,才8个,每局来来去去都是那些技能,充满重复感。
狗屎
没有按键设置,不能自动打。太难。15块是可以,不过太难了。
Tricky one this one, Its more of a 51% vs 49% for positive review vs negative. Some of the positives are, it is a good horde survivor adding challenges to the different worlds with a decent selection of weapons and there upgrades, its a good time killer when you need to just dodge and shoot some hordes and its all manual aim. Some of the negatives, Half the achievements don't work (very sad for an achievement hunter) there is a sound issue with the rockets, they are x10 louder than anything else, there is no progression needed after a few runs, harder difficulties bring nothing extra (points or progression or achievements wise) All these issues are a shame as this could well have been one of the top 10 survivor style games on steam. I did manage to contact the developers to run a promotion for the game and give away the extra copies live on twitch and we did have a good time on this game. With the game in its current state i would still recommend picking it up but on a heavy discount.
Even at $3 this game feels like a ripoff. No auto aim or shoot, so right off the bat it is missing some of the core survivor-like features. Then the unlockables are so shallow that it felt like one day of playing would be enough to exhaust everything. Frankly its not even about the money, but the wasted time and complete lack of interest in this case.
Game is Sh*t. Iron Core Mech Survivor is much better.
Yet another unfinished game that could have been amazing. Great concept but clunky feeling and as far as I can tell no option to rebind keys or auto aim or auto fire. Might be less annoying with a controller.
horrible game, harldy works, very low effort
