good game ... hope it eventually grows into a 3D sequel ...
Just didn't grab me, it has serious problems with the execution. Resources fill so fast that it feels like you need to constantly be pausing to queue research / energy spreaders which is just annoying. There's almost zero depth in the resource economy. Aside from the body factories, you just build mines/energy plants on their respective tiles and move on. It suffers from the roguelite curse where it takes 30-60 minutes of play in a run for the game to become harder than dead easy.
Addictive game that makes me come back for another run periodicaly. Lot´s of different builds to go with on towers and soldiers every run. Gets regular updates and keeps getting better. Recomended!
This game is great, but it would be so much better if it : Had no pause: Force time to pass = faster gameplay and more excitement. Told you how many forge cores you had each map: Enables you to choose to bail early instead of waste time on an empty map. Showed forge cores on the map: Not this one almost caused me to not recommend the game, like, for real?
pretty decent little game.
Engaging tower defense with survival elements; comes with persistent progression abilities to increase from game to game. I'm shocked this game has received so little attention. If you enjoy tower defense,
Pretty fun, its like a traditional rts mixed with tower defense where you build a sort of deck of towers and units and upgrades by using resources you get from completing missions before the tiers boss. Only complaint, which is not a big one is I wish I saw more updates. I'm not sure if this game is still being actively developed being at this point. I wish there was a bit more prestige/ascension or something, maybe 1 more zone. Something, free update or a bit of a more meaty dlc or something that warrant's a price tag would be nice.
fun little indie strategy game. Diet They Are Billions
Peak, 10/10. The game knows what it wants to be and nails it in every way.
So addictive. Really love this game.
