Dear Future

Depressing, as in "I wasted 30 minutes of my finite life" depressing. Furthermore, I am not 100% convinced this is truly an "asynchronous multiplayer" experience. The 'notes' you can write are merely a two-part combination of preprogramed options, and I never saw someone else's photo (might have been after the credits, but I was too bored by then). The most this can do is inspire someone else to do better, and at the very least I found more creativity in the reviews. I find myself agreeing with one particular negative review that bashes student projects dumped on steam, whereas before playing I thought it a bit harsh.

An interesting idea, but I wish it was a bit more fleshed out. At the moment, there isn't much to do except walk around the same old buildings, every now and then spotting a flame accompanied by some dialogue. For a game centred around photography, the graphics are just... basic. Aside from some shadows and a dynamic day/night cycle, there really seem to be no shaders, reflectors, even some kind of fog or something to hide the low draw distance. If the game wasn't free, this review would probably be negative. I hope the developers continue to work on it, because I think it could eventually become something truly beautiful.

This isnt a game, this is a experience, and with so little they were able to create something truly unique, i cannot recommendo this game experience enough

Honestly so cool. The game brings such a calming vibe to what looks like a destroyed city.

This is a cool concept. It's early days, so a lot of room for improvement. I enjoy the idea of using photography to get the mood of a place. The world feels empty, but when you look at the photos others have left, it feels a little haunted. I will watch to see how this game progresses.

Wonderful. Worth the 20 minutes

This game is super simple and easy to get into for a nice relaxing half an hour or more of your day. I found myself enthralled and a slight giddy anxiety as the timer ticked down to the end. Exploring in that time to find the perfect picture is tough and it makes me wonder what others thought and did as they to faced the clock. Overall, a lovely experience I'm happy I was able to take a part in.
