Deadzone: Rogue is a roguelite FPS set in space. Blast through swarms of hostile machines, combine powerful augments and elements to forge your build, and grow stronger with each run — solo or in co-op.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.86/day in the week to Aug 23 → 23.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Adventure on your own, or conquer the ship in a co-op squad of up to 3 players. Mark enemies for focused fire, synchronize grenade strikes, and storm enemies with overwhelming force. Adjust difficulty levels for each mission to match your mood, from a more laid-back adventure experience all the way to nightmare mode.

Fight against massive, biomechanical bosses that demand steady aim and quick reflexes. Annihilate waves of hunter-drones, robotic spiders, the mindless, and dozens of other enemies to survive each run. Battle through each ship sector — from the engine rooms to the brig.

Master over 30 powerful weapons, each modifiable with elemental affixes and upgrades. Turn a shotgun into a void-spreading crowd crusher, or a submachine gun into a room clearing hail of ice. From plasma cannons to sniper rifles, your arsenal adapts to any combat scenario.

Incinerate drones with fire, freeze swarms with ice, chain lightning enemies with shock, or send them to the void with a well-timed headshot.

Transform your combat approach through dozens of augments, perks, and items. Dominate from afar, strike from the shadows with stealth, or get close with enhanced melee. Your choices offer a unique experience against the mechanical onslaught.

Use permanent upgrades to reshape yourself into a killing machine. Boost your shields, amplify elemental chaos, and tear bots apart with satisfying fury. Forge a path that matches your playstyle.

Explore a spaceship overrun by biomechanical creatures, enjoy an original music soundtrack and art, and discover your true mission and origin.
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

The game is fun as it is. But it feels like they just pulled a fast one after giving only 1 expansion. It feels like they could've kept giving the game content in the form of paid DLC but decided to just do a rugpull and make a sequel. I'm not gonna blame the people/ developer's who made the game. But I will blame their management. Probably did some math and thought they could make better profit by trying to sell us a sequel instead with reused assets. Their response to the controversy is tone deaf. I will not get the sequel unless it's around $10. Because I believe they'll just do the same thing again for the next game. I also only recommend this game if it's on sale for around $5.
This game HAD so much potential. I would not recommend buying the second game as they never finished the first. I truly loved playing this game with my friends. For the longest time it seemed unfinished until they released an update that expanded the content quite a bit. Giving it a fresh new feeling. Then, out of nowhere, they announce a second game coming? DUDE, WTF? The first game still has so many issues and loose ends that need to be tied up. This tells me the devs don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about their community, Which is really sad because for a game that was so janky to begin with, it had FANTASTIC gunplay. I will no longer waste my time on this game, nor will I buy the second one.

this game, early acess/1.0 had huge potential to define the market, but the greed took over, too hey have announced deadzonerogue 2 before ploshing and finishing this game, it has too many bugs to recomend, such a shame sadly
Was ok, played for a bit and was hopeful things would improve as development went on... Just kidding, they're abandoning this entirely to make you buy it again as the same game with a "2" on the end. Unless this idiocy is reversed, or the second one is free for those who own the first one, steer clear of these developers... Gameplay is, at its current UNFINISHED state- (Reminding the devs this game isn't done because they seem to have forgotten in their greed)- pretty cookie cutter. Search "rougelite" and blindly buy another game and it'll probably have more memorable mechanics than here. You have elementally chargeable weapons that increase in level as you play, and enemies to kill. Oh and perks. So yeah, it is one of the rougelites of all time. If this game were a color, it would be whatever the average color of every roguelite game title card is. If this were a student project, I would give them a C+ (environment design is pretty good honestly). Nothing to write home about, but not bad overall. At least until you factor in that the devs released this on AUGUST 11th 2025 and within about 9 months they're abandoning this game because they think it's complete or too difficult to move forward. (IDK, read the announcement, it'll tick you off too.) So either the devs have forgotten you can work on a game longer than the average human pregnancy, or all of their games will come with the expectation that you buy them again by the 9 month mark..
