Dead Wells: The Devil Fragment

Just finished first boss, so felt like leaving a little review. It's been a very good game so far, i like the art and sound design alot. Combats been good, not my all time favorite but good. (i have only used 1 weapon so far, sword and shield) so maybe i might like it better with som other weapons. But i do recommend the game if you like this style of game.

Early impressions: A souls like with devil may cry influences dead wells is soul like but uses a combo system with weapon spefic combos and weapon switching like game like devilmay cry which gives a great combat flow with enemy juggles and slams. this is a rpg still so you can choose classes which is going to be your first weapon, sub weapons, gear. exploration is encouraged with life/mana/ammo +ups and gears and weapons to find. you can even find help with bosses if you explore well. remember your combo timings as much be done during the first swing. Most importantly your fists can do JOJO COMBO MUDA MUDA MUDA Recommended so far - beat 1st level

A really excellent game with fantastic exploration and weapon variety. The combo system and ability to absolutely break the game is fun I didn't even know I wanted to have! This game is level-based but there are huge side sections to explore that always offer great rewards, so it never felt overly linear. I, unfortunately, reached near the end of the game and an update wiped all of my progress. It's sad because I don't think I'll play through this anytime soon again, but I will play it again to finish in the future. I understand these bugs happen, particularly with smaller teams, and I'm not sure how large this team is but they've made something extremely fun so it won't take away from it. All that is to say, I'd highly recommend this at full price but it is janky and buggy in places. This doesn't detract from the game being so fun to explore though!

Très bon jeu qu'il m'est malheureusement impossible de recommander dans l'état actuel dû a un bug de sauvegarde, j'ai en effet eu à trois reprise ma sauvegarde avec plusieurs heures de jeu remplacé par une autre avec un temps de jeu de quelques minutes afficher, en apparaissant dans un autre niveau avec des stats reset à 1 et des armes/équipements aléatoires. Le développeur est au courant de ce problème et travail sur une grosse mise à jour pour régler ce dernier donc comme dirais un célèbre proverbe chinois "願意等待的人會遇到好事"

Im just getting into this and its already obvious just how much care went into this game. Massivly underrated, and massivly fun.

Game is fun and great, will be playing until the ending. Love me movement, love me greatsword, love me rat bomb. simple as. kinda overpriced though. I'd happily pay like 8 bucks. Felt a little sour dishing out almost 15,

i'l leave a positive review because i would love to see this game more polished. In the hour and a half i played i've encontered some weird bugs and some things feels clunky. I would love to pay for it again when it's more polished. But now as it is i wouldn't recomend it.
