Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Minha maior reclamação, no entanto, é a interface no PC.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

where do i even begin? ea has absolutely nailed this, delivering an experience that went way beyond my expectations. this is exactly what a remake should strive to be. the narrative depth, the incredible physics engine, and the sheer realism they’ve packed into the game are on another level. plus, the way the plot twists hit you this time around adds such a striking impact to the whole story. if i'm playing a survival horror game, and it’s filled with tight corridors, flickering lights, and an incredibly eerie, unsettling atmosphere, it instantly gets a pass from me—and dead space remake does all of that flawlessly. that being said, no game is perfect, and a couple of minor things did catch my eye: the ui map: even with the upgrade, navigating the 3d map in those tight, multi-layered layouts can still feel a bit clunky and disorienting at times. backtracking: a few of the side quests force you to run back and forth through the same areas a bit too much, which occasionally slows down the otherwise great pacing. on the bright side, i have to give huge props for the performance—the optimization was spot on. it's clear they put a ton of genuine effort into making sure the game runs smoothly, which is a rare treat these days. my final score: 8.5/10.
The reviews giving this a thumbs down are overexaggerating the stuttering issues. I definitely hit brief snags whenever I go to other areas that last for a few seconds, but that's the price you pay for a seamless experience with no loading screens whatsoever. Very immersive experience as you explore the entire ship. Buttery smooth and gorgeous graphics otherwise at max settings native 1440p with my rig. I never played Dead Space before, so my experience has been a 10/10 too. Masterful action horror survival with visceral combat that rewards you for thinking outside the box with your tools and using the environment to your advantage. I got it for 90% off for 6 USD during the 2026 Steam Summer Sale, and it's one of the best purchases I've ever made on Steam. The cherry on top is that you don't even need the EA app running to play the game, and my hesitation to give EA any money whatsoever combined with other EA games requiring their app running is why I rarely purchase their games beyond bargains like this. My only genuine complaint is that the game has Denuvo and that's complete cancer for the consumer. Still would recommend it either way, especially on a generous sale.
One of the best triple AAA horror experiences I have played.
