Day of Destruction

I've always wondered why Aliens with such huge ships just don't land on the cities and destroy everything in one swoop. Or just nuke the planet from outta space without getting their webbed feet wet. Anyway, it does what it says on the box you are attached to the bottom of the UFO like a bedbug to the underside of your mattress. You shoot buildings and the occasional jet flyby until you have destroyed the whole city. Much like a bedbug dropping ♥♥♥♥ on the dust mites below. Get's a little monotonous after 5 minutes and probably best for kids who want to grow up and be a Hitler. Graphics are basic, gameplay is basic, everything is pretty basic but again it works and does what it says. Price seems expensive I would probably expect to pay about five dollars for these type of VR games, probably wait till it turns up in a bundle which it surely will do. Honestly, at this price, I can't recommend, it's just not a $15 game.

Picked this up in a bundle, didn’t know what to expect going in. 1.5 hours later, I had to pull myself out - it’s strangely addicting! You play as the operator of a giant UFO, fitted with various weapons and power ups. Some notable weapons: Drop tripod walkers (surface attack vehicles) into the play field, a black hole that sucks nearby buildings into it, and lock-on targeting blasters. Each planet you go against is basically the same (at least the first four have been) other than one or two unique defensive capabilities. There’s some strategy here, to obliterate the outer city blocks, but not take focus away from the city centers for too long, otherwise you’re doomed to fail against their defenses. Graphics are fine, controls are straightforward, and it runs smooth and stable. I wouldn’t buy it for the full asking price, but am really happy to have it for the price I paid! Thumbs up!

[h1]Day of Destruction[/h1] Esse foi um jogo que me chamou bastante atenção, mas quando joguei não sabia muito bem o que me esperava, se iria ser bom ou ruim, pois só parecia ser mais um jogo indie de baixo orçamento, então jogos assim podem ser sempre uma caixinha de surpresas, mas felizmente por causa da temática de UFO e destruição em massa, acabou que gostei pra caramba pois curto muito esse tipo de temática, uma pena que esse jogo não chamou tanto a atenção do público de VR embora já tenha sido lançado a um tempão. Tá mas não vou mentir é um jogo simples, gameplay, gráficos simples, então você gostar ou não irá depender, no meu caso o mais importante de um vídeo-game é se o fator diversão está presente, não importando necessariamente se tal jogo é visto como bom ou ruim. Também considero esse ideal se você estiver procurando algo tranquilo de se jogar em VR, pois esse é bem tranquilo de aprender e jogar sem estresse, mas se por acaso mesmo assim você venha a ter alguma dificuldade, é só escolher as habilidades do seu UFO com bastante sabedoria, uma dica de uma delas é sempre estar com aquela de reparar o UFO e usar corretamente sempre, que ai torna o jogo muito easy.

This is so much fun to play. I do not know why. Maybe i just love to play the bad guy :) Graphically it is not overwhelming and the sound is ok. I think it is the gameplay that does it for me. I have no motionsickness in this game what so ever. Is it worth the price?...Yes i think so. I come in peace......NOT!!!!!

외계인이 되어 도시를 부수는 샌드박스형 게임입니다. 주요 목표물(?)에 방어시설이 있어서 자신의 UFO가 격추되기 전에 위협요소들을 미리 제거하고 파괴를 시작해도 세계 10위권 안으로 들어갈수 있습니다. 뜬금없는 시작에 매우 불편한 조작, 감이 잡히지 않는 컷신들..... $15 급 게임이 이런 그래픽을 가진다는게 참으로 놀랍습니다. 한 3,000원 급이였다면 그나마 용납되었겠지만 이건 할인을 해도 할게 못됩니다. 진짜 재미없으니 이거 살 돈으로 다른 더 괜찮은 게임을 사세요.

4/10 This will appeal to a destructive taste, but there doesn't appear to be a great deal of strategy involved here.

Very fun to play, the destruction is very stress relieving. Plus it's a very fast paced game, I couldn't ask for more expectations from a game like this. The title really stands out to it's goal; destroying everything.
