Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition

Still just a broken mess of a Port. You "Can" play it but constant issues with dropped frames area load issues camera panning feels like your eyes are going to explode due to the micro stutter it has. I love the game and was revisiting it via the new version as I play through the Franchise again.

.Darksiders is perfect game, I rly love it. I see that there are a lot of negative comments because the game just crashes, it shuts down by itself, I had the same problem. I saw one comment where I should switch the game to Public beta version. When I did that, I didn't have any more problems. I hope this helped you too, enjoy the game :)

Играю в 26 году, хорошая игра. Купил со скидкой и ни разу не пожалел. Понравилось практически всё кроме количества предметов для сбора, ну слишком уж много 40 того, 69 того... ♥♥♥♥♥♥. А так очень рекомендую, купил со скидкой весь бандл, прекрасно провожу время!

в отличии от первой части играется более вяло и душно. игра в техническом плане хуже первой части в следвствии чего ощущалась более тяжёлой. не осилил до конца

greatest game of all time

I have a lot of love for this series (and have since the OG) and recently replayed all of them, gladly learning that this is still my favorite of the bunch. The state the game has been left in on PC is downright criminal, especially with the climactic 4 finally on its way, but mercifully the closed beta branch on Steam tones down the notable issues to some borked lighting in specific areas and much rarer crashing than the release branch. The game itself is still just pure fun though. It looks better than it ever has and there's plenty of classic action adventuring to be had. Combat is satisfying and, while not super complex by today's action standards, is easily the most detailed of the series. Top it off with some fantastic voice acting, particularly on the part of Death himself, and you have what still is unquestionably one of my favorite games.

I had an amazing time with Darksiders 2. The gameplay is easily the highlight—combat feels fast, smooth, and incredibly satisfying. There are so many ways to build Death, and experimenting with different playstyles kept the game fresh from start to finish. My favorite build was a Harbinger focused on Wrath Steal, and it was absolutely insane. Once the build came together, I could constantly spam Wrath abilities while instantly recovering the resource through combat. It made Death feel like an unstoppable force, chaining devastating attacks without slowing down. It's one of the most fun character builds I've used in an action RPG. The world is fun to explore, the dungeons have great puzzles, and the loot system adds another layer of replayability. While the story isn't the main reason I enjoyed the game, Death is a fantastic protagonist with plenty of personality. Overall, Darksiders 2 is an excellent mix of hack-and-slash combat, RPG progression, exploration, and puzzles. If you enjoy action games with satisfying combat and rewarding character builds, it's definitely worth playing.
