In good conciousness I cannot recommend this port of DS3, it is laggy and full of bugs that prevent the game from running. I have played 100's of hours of DS3 on PS4-5. This bums me out incredibly with how badly it runs. Not only can you not full screen it, unless its in windowed mode with another application. It simply cannot run on a higher resolution then 1080p. Its a great game, but this port is not worth the consistant $60 asking price on steam.

Dark Souls 3.... what an end to a journey. I hold SoulsBorn games in a very special place in my heart and Dark Souls 3 is truly a mystical experience. The Base-game marks the end to the cycle the world of Dark Souls found itself in and fighting the Soul of Cinder with the well known music of Gwyn kicking in had me in tears. The DLC has some of my favourite Soulsborn fights and the entire vibe of it signals the end of an age which is very fitting for the chronological end to the setting. The Gameplay is very super crisp after comming from DS1 and DS2 and a lot of the bosses both feel very cinematic are are extremely fun to face. A slight downside is that DS3 is a lot more linear compared to DS1 and 2. In the end, I feel nothing but joy when looking back at Dark Souls. The world is truly special to me and many of the tales make me reflect on my personal struggles with a leighter heart. Strongly recommend to play, if you've got the time, money and patience, playing DS1 and DS2 before really adds to the experience.

After a year of playing smoothly I can no longer run the game fps is too low for me to even play online and get booted out. Tried everyf ix nothing. Updated the 1060 that was running this on high to a 5060 and guess what nothing... changed the resolution all settings on low and still cant run this.....
