Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

¡OH NO!
Good game init bruv. Well good to play while on benefits.

Danger Scavenger is a fast-paced top-down roguelite shooter developed by Piotr Wolk and Star Drifters, with publishing support from Star Drifters and Doyoyo Games. Set in a neon-drenched cyberpunk world, the game throws players onto the rooftops of a futuristic city to take on an army of corrupt AI machines. Rather than traditional dungeon crawling, the action takes place high above the streets, where players ascend through procedurally generated buildings by choosing branching paths that offer either safer routes or riskier ones with better rewards. The blend of fast combat, randomized progression, and a strong sci-fi aesthetic gives the game a distinct personality, even if some of its systems feel familiar to fans of the genre. Gameplay revolves around quick reflexes, strategic build choices, and managing limited resources. At the start of each run, players select one of several scavenger characters, each with a unique ability or playstyle. As they progress, they pick up new weapons, upgrades, and active items that can drastically alter their approach to combat. The game offers over 30 weapons and dozens of modifiers that stack and synergize, giving a sense of experimentation and replayability. Some upgrades feel transformative, letting players create absurdly powerful builds if they survive long enough. The risk-reward system is well-implemented: each floor presents multiple doorways leading to the next challenge, with icons showing the difficulty ahead, encouraging players to weigh the benefits of greater loot against the risk of death. Combat is fast and chaotic, relying heavily on dodging enemy fire, using abilities wisely, and knowing when to take cover or push forward. The rooftop environments are partially destructible, adding a layer of environmental interaction that helps fights feel dynamic. Exploding barrels, shattering glass, and collapsing cover elements create a sense of tension and unpredictability. Enemies come in a variety of robotic forms, each with unique attack patterns, and while early encounters are manageable, later levels throw overwhelming waves of foes at the player, demanding quick decision-making and precise movement. Death can come swiftly, especially if the player overcommits or walks into the wrong room unprepared, which adds to the roguelite tension. Visually, Danger Scavenger embraces its cyberpunk roots with glowing cityscapes, high-tech weapon designs, and an abundance of neon lighting. The environments have a consistent style, though some players may find the aesthetic a little repetitive after long play sessions. Still, the game runs well on most systems, and the visual effects do a good job of making combat feel flashy without overwhelming the screen—although in later levels, with multiple effects and enemies firing at once, it can become hard to track everything happening. The music and sound design support the action capably, with pulsing electronic beats keeping the adrenaline flowing, though the soundtrack doesn’t always evolve to reflect rising tension as runs progress. The game does offer a degree of progression outside individual runs. While Danger Scavenger leans more towards the roguelike side—meaning most upgrades are temporary—players can unlock new scavengers and earn achievements that give additional goals to strive for. That said, there’s a lack of persistent meta-progression compared to some of its genre peers, which may be a drawback for players who prefer unlocking new abilities or passives to make subsequent runs easier. Still, the diversity of builds and weapons means each run feels fresh enough to stand on its own. Despite its strengths, Danger Scavenger isn’t without its flaws. The difficulty curve can be steep, especially for newcomers to twin-stick shooters or roguelites. Certain weapons and item combinations can feel significantly over- or underpowered, making balance feel inconsistent at times. Additionally, the game’s narrative is extremely light—almost nonexistent beyond the premise—which could leave players wanting more context or a greater sense of world-building. While this isn’t a dealbreaker for a gameplay-first title, the cyberpunk setting feels ripe for deeper storytelling that simply isn’t explored. In terms of value, the game is fairly priced for the amount of content and replayability it offers. Short, high-intensity runs make it ideal for quick sessions, while the variety of gear and enemy types encourage repeat playthroughs. The inclusion of co-op is a welcome feature, adding an extra layer of strategy and fun when playing with a friend, especially since the chaos of combat is amplified when multiple scavengers are dashing around and synergizing their gear. For fans of games like Nuclear Throne or Enter the Gungeon, this offers a familiar but enjoyable experience with just enough unique touches to stand out. Ultimately, Danger Scavenger is a solid, stylish, and challenging roguelite shooter that rewards players who enjoy learning through repetition and embracing high-risk decisions. While it doesn’t reinvent the genre, it refines key aspects well enough to provide an engaging and fast-paced experience, with a satisfying gameplay loop and enough variety to keep players coming back. It may not appeal to those looking for deep lore or heavy character development, but for players who thrive on action, loot, and high-stakes choices, it delivers exactly what it promises.
Really like this game so far! Despite some of the stuff not being obvious right away, the gameplay itself is self-explanatory, the mechanics are solid and balanced, and the game is really quite addictive.
Thanks developers for fix native linux/steam deck game.
Гра проста, але затягує. Оцінка 8/10
Pretty cool unity project, glad to see something that isn't unreal nowadays. looks like a fun time for a lan coop. Wish the dash was following movement direction, not aiming input! can't wait to try it more
It's randomly generated action RPG shooter game worth buying when it's on discount.
