Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The UI annoyed me and I the world and characters were all very surface level
Boring and disjointed. Give me my time back please
Finished Cyber Manhunt in about 11 hours over 3 days and honestly had a great time. Digging through people’s digital lives, connecting dots, feeling like a genius… until you don’t 😅 I got both the bad and perfect ending (really nice that you can jump back to your last save). Towards the end I did lose a bit of patience and may or may not have formed a close relationship with walkthroughs… but that’s on me. A few parts felt slightly slow or frustrating, but overall it’s a really solid and enjoyable experience. 8/10, would absolutely stalk people’s emails again.
The mechanics are that of an uninspired phishing simulation. Which contrasts with the narrative framing of "you are a really dangerous nerd". I feel like a game like grayhack or hacknet is fit more for that framing. Even the tutorial was highly boring for me. Maybe the story you get after the tutorial is good, but i didn't get that far. Well you see I understand that a game would need some embellishing and effects to sell the power fantasy and divert from the seams of skipping real life logic, but the choices this game made regarding that front makes me see those seams harder rather than immersing me in the fantasy. very light spoilers ahead from the first ten minutes of gameplay(tutorial and intro) First, i got whiplashed right off with the phrase "our company got a BILLION BYTES of customer data". ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dude, that's a lot for a large tech company at the like 90s maybe. Not for the presented "everyone is glued to their phones using social media" setting. Less than a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gigabyte, basically three times less than the space this game takes on your ssd. Then we got the random code prompts opening every time we copy the details from the browser about someone's facebook account to some contacts type information collection software. It feels less hackery and more like the "linux users when x" memes, because why would code prompts open when you are just copy pasting something from one gui to some other gui. Then apparently we have access to the data of almost all citizens in our nation through the company database software. For some reason when accessing the data we or the software executes almost totally unrelated linux commands, which i don't understand why since it is not a cli tool but poses as a professional corpo gui software, but i guess the company in the story fired the user interface designer/programmer before they finished their job. Then there is the password "cracker" software. Except this game's version makes me feel like a loser script kiddie the most. All you do is fill in a bunch of details you gathered from the dude's social media page, and the "cracker" spits out some password guess with very few amount of characters based on the entered information. And somehow it's correct like it's some oracle. It reminds me of that one CheeseParade skit where the guy goes "He's not a hacker, he's a password guesser", and then the guy proceeds to get locked out of the system for inputting the wrong password since it was a guess based on a whim. Also the OS apparently can't handle a bunch of high speed showcase of cyber security news, crashes and has to restart, which felt like a funny unintentional commentary on the ram shortage crisis. That was the most fun part of the game for me. Anyways, so if you like an overly dressed up phishing simulator with seemingly nice worldbuilding and perhaps a good story if you ignore the technical knowledge shortcomings of the writers here and there, maybe its your thing, Otherwise, nah.
