simple but the click mechanic is absolut anoying - no recomandation cause of gameplay - strategie, as mentioned in the description ... if you have played any other TD-game there is no. No fast play button, some useless tower, like the hammer tower and some overpowered, like rockets, not balanced 2 ressources, one you can farm in masses the other is essential for creating towers, basicly one ressource

Cryptower is a clicker TD game. Fun at first sight, but after a few maps it gets tedious very quickly. I used two towers most of the time - ice to slow mobs and shotgun all over the place to deal damage... over and over again. I tried some other towers, but never really used them. There's no need to do so. 25 maps for 7 bucks is way too much. Get Defense Grid for 8 bucks instead. Much more content and definitely more mouse friendly. I tried to get all the achievements, but I don't bother with the last troll achievement and just dump the game where it belongs - on my pile of shame.

Looks like there is a lot of game here, but at the core is a clicker mechanism that really hurts my mouse-hand, and it is really demanding. Not for me. Two thumbs down.
