Dampf - The Cozy Tower Defense

The game is tough, but it's fun. I had a blast playing it. You gotta be smart about where you put your towers, or else you'll lose. It's not a game where you can just slap down towers and expect to win. It's awesome, but it's more for people who like to think things through and pay attention to the details.

Game is still too hard for the idea being sold. If it was called Brutal Tower Defense or Very Specific Strategy Tower Defense, maybe... But "cozy" implies a somewhat low stress experience. Happy to change my rating if further balancing is done. Graphics, sound, vibes are on point. Gameplay is frustrating here, and I own and play plenty of TD games. Would also be nice to speed up waves, if that function is present, it isn't obvious.

Ein kleines Tower & Defense Spiel mit dem ich mir gerne ab uns zu die Zeit vertreibe. Da man nicht unendlich viele Gebäude bauen kann muss man sich seine Gedanken machen und auch mal die Taktik überdenken :) Denn so mancher Bossgegner kann einen schon in den Wahnsinn treiben, aber kleine Herausforderungen müssen sein ;) Ich kanns nur empfehlen!

A really great game in which you sink into. You have to think carefully about which towers and buildings you build so that you don't stand there without money or material. The music and the graphic style live up to the name "cozy." Great pastime 10/10

The game is extremely hard. The developer made the mistake that he built the difficulty around his knowledge of the game mechanics and since he knows his game well, it's not difficult him to beat any level. Because of this the even the very first level is hard to beat. I cannot recommend the game to anyone until the difficulty won't be ironed out.

Kleines Spiel für zwischendurch 😁 Man muss hier genau planen wo man seine Türme hinsetzt. Klar kann es sein das man es nicht beim ersten Mal schafft. Aber lasst euch da nicht entmutigen. Ich lerne jede Runde was neues was man wo besser einsetzen kann. Wenn man dann noch einige Perks freigeschaltet hat wird es auch in den nächsten Level vielleicht etwas einfacher. Tolles Spiel für strategische Denker zwischendurch. 👍🏻

The game is a alot of fun and tough to get through it. I agree with other players: it is an game where u have to think abit where to put your towers. its totaly worth 5-6€ hope we getting afew more stuffs in the future. now after 3,7h i finished the game :3 it was beautiful

I really feel at peace playing this game. Thank you so much for this game, sure it takes for strategic thinking but that makes it even better cause you can just dive into the game and not think about anything else :))

The resource system is not easy to understand at first. But as soon as you understand in which order and where you have to build your buildings, it's fun to develop strategies for the next rounds. After about four hours, I played through the initial four levels. For beginners, I would recommend playing each level and unlocking perks. This makes it easier to defeat the bosses on each level. I would love to see more levels, enemies and defenses in the future.
