Crossroads: Escaping the Dark Collector's Edition

Game glitched out on me after placing the element stones in church. Screen went black. Logged out and back in and was in the church still as where the hints said I should be. Lu was gone, unable to talk to her to move forward in game.

Two separate playthroughs bugged, one by the church scene and another when the ghost gave me items.

Too bad the game broke at 2 hours. I was really enjoying this beautiful and dynamic game. The artwork was great, the interface was comprehensive and there were several interesting multiple-outcome junctions. It looks like a Mad Head game which is one of my favourite developers. I was actually looking forward to writing a positive review.

I like this game, I really do, but it always freezes at one specific point and I cannot finish the movie story. I am so frustrated and it has been too long to get a refund now. Fun game when it works.

So I tried playing this game twice. I get to the point where I set the stones trying to reach the Director, the screen goes blank then no controls and no way to move forward. This seems to be a ongoing issue now with HOG games. Either Developers are not uploading these games properly and checking to see if they are playable or Steam has an issue with quality control. I think it may be a little of both. Not sure if anyone else is having an issue with this game like I experienced but at this point it is unplayable and I'm out another $15 for a game. UPDATE: I uninstalled the game and reinstalled today (I was 90% of the way through the game when I initially played it and was not going to go through TS due to the major issues with the games during that time - I still have one game that is unplayable even after all the uninstalling and reinstalling and TS with the publisher) I was, however, able to play all the way through this time. There may have been a glitch in the original download. Fun game, puzzles weren't overly hard and it was enjoyable. So I have changed my rating from "no" to "yes"

The gameplay is alright, but I got stuck where you have to put two keys in the door. I could only find the silver key. I tried a few times, on different days. It's like the game is bugged. I recorded my screen and sent it to support. They basically said they cannot help with gameplay, but said join a official facebook group and ask the community. I then found the full gameplay on youtube, and they were given a gold key where you put the bat wings on. I never got this key or its vanished? I dont get it. Now I cant continue unless I reset and start from the start. No thanks!

Game glitched for me at the same place it did for a few other reviewers: after placing the stones. I can't complete the game, and I'm not going to start over because the glitch occurs close to the end of the main story. Wasted time.

This game freezes at the church scene. Can't get past it.
