l tend to get bored with extended dialogue, and this game has a lot of dialogue. For more story-oriented players, this should be a good time, but I tend to prefer very action-intensive games. It doesn't seems like a bad game; it's just not a game for *me*.

I've played through the story of this game twice which I'm not wont to do. The characters and story are engaging and I really enjoy the puzzles.
I dropped this somewhere around the big Aztec temple that wanted me to do a thousand timed puzzles with a completely broken controller aim The combat sucks real hard and it keeps introducing new enemies that ruin your day. Also the major "plot twist" completely killed any interest I had Shame because I loved the opening hours
This game is torture. I'm a fan of large, expansive dungeons, but this game takes it way too far. Every area, whether it's a dungeon or in the otherworld, is at least twice as big as it needs to be, and it gets boring fast. Some puzzle rooms are ridiculously oversized, and it takes hours to complete a single dungeon. The developers show absolutely no sense of restraint whatsoever. And, of course, there's a timer constantly running to make absolutely sure you won't have any fun while doing them. The battle system is fine, but the difficulty is all over the place, and many bosses can one-shot you. That would be acceptable if, like everything else in this game, they weren't so absurdly long. Some boss fights can take half an hour and have far too many phases. (Starting to notice a pattern with the developers' complete lack of restraint?). People defend this by pointing out that the difficulty can be manually adjusted through a wide range of settings, but I shouldn't have to do the developers' job just to make their game playable. Default settings should offer a well-rounded challenge without me having to tweak every setting every 10 minutes. On top of that, I found many of the characters kinda cringe, but that's more of a personal preference, I guess... As a plus, the game is beautifull and the animations are great, but I sure did not have fun playing it.
Terrible and confusing game. Sudden enemy level spike for no reason. the map doesn't even show your current location so ur lost all the time. You just have to guess which random NPC to talk to to progress, stupid puzzles and platforming that requires you to go back multiple screens
✔ Very nice graphics, animations, and overall presentation ✔ Good character design: japanese anime-inspired, but with actual noses! Amazing. ✔ A good mix of action and puzzle-solving ✔ Good writing and humour ✔ Decent soundtracks ✔ Long game, a lot of things to do, good difficulty balance ✔ Native GNU/Linux support, good performance A very good action/adventure game, with a lot of quests to do, things to collect along the way, and secrets to uncover. The universe and its lore are also good. The team behind this game are seem very competent have clearly poured a lot of work into it.
