This game has more bugs than any other game i have played they don't fix the bugs soon it still has day one bugs after one and half year of release they are more focused in licensed team than on gameplay the bugs are killing my wish to play the game i think if its continues no one will buy next game probably cricket 26 plz fix the bugs
as played for 450+ hours, loved this game alot.. but as a low end pc gamer the game should get some optimization for low end pc's the best forever, writing after c26..
If you love Cricket this is the only show in town. Not particularly pretty, commentary team whilst extensive (best part) often feel like they are commentating a different match, and the game is littered with exploits. However, I still come back to this again and again when the cricket season hits.

Fielding (rocket arm returns and 99% stump hitting accuracy from fielders) and running between the wickets (batsmen often don't slide their bat + diving to the crease just straight up doesn't seem to work at all most of the time) is still not right and can cause a lot of chaos. I really hope this is fixed for the next release in this series. In general though, a very good cricket game.
The developers are a bunch of arrogant wankers. They've totally abandoned Cricket 22 with a game full of bugs and they don't give a ♥♥♥♥. I've written to them 3 times. One time I was ignored and the other two times, I might just as well have written to milkman instead, for what good it did. Cricket 24 – A Masterclass in Missed Potential Cricket 24 is a game that constantly reminds you how close it could have been to greatness, right before it hurls itself face‑first into absurdity. Yes, the player animations are decent — sometimes even impressive — but everything wrapped around them feels like it was assembled on a Friday afternoon with one eye on the clock. Fielders With Bionic Arms: Let’s start with the most unintentionally hilarious feature: The fielders. These lads don’t throw the ball — they launch it. From the boundary. At supersonic speed. Straight into the bowler’s hands. Every. Single. Time. It doesn’t matter if the fielder is off‑balance, facing the wrong way, or halfway through a dive that defies physics. The ball will still teleport into the bowler’s palms with laser‑guided precision, ready for a magical, instant stump. It’s less cricket, more Marvel Cinematic Universe. LBWs That Don’t Exist: Then there’s the LBW system — or rather, the lack of one: You can hit a batsman plumb in front, middle stump halfway up, and what happens? Nothing. No appeal. No reaction. No interest from the bowler. The umpire might as well be on his phone. It’s as if the game has collectively agreed that LBWs are a myth and everyone should just move on. Tail-Enders Who Bat Like Prime Tendulkar: The batting order is where the real comedy begins. Your openers? Useless. Fifteen overs for ten runs, scratching around like they’ve never seen a cricket ball before. But the moment number 7 walks in — brace yourself. Suddenly you’re watching a masterclass in stroke play. Every tail‑ender becomes a world‑class batsman, timing everything, finding gaps, and playing shots your top order could only dream of. It’s like the game engine forgot who’s supposed to be good. The Only Saving Grace: Animations To be fair, the player animations are the one area where Cricket 24 genuinely shines. Movements look smooth, shots have weight, and bowlers actually resemble their real‑life counterparts. But good animations can’t save a gameplay engine that, frankly, isn’t worth a wank. When the core mechanics feel this inconsistent, the polish on top just highlights the flaws underneath. Verdict Cricket 24 is a game with flashes of brilliance buried under layers of bizarre decisions, broken logic, and physics that belong in a superhero film. If you want a laugh, you’ll get one. If you want a serious cricket simulation, you’ll be left shaking your head. A game that could have been great — but settles for being unintentionally entertaining instead.
Garbage, so many bugs and laughable AI, god where to start! Just play Cricket 19, they make it worse every iteration.
Bought this game to relax and play some casual cricket. Now I’m screaming at my monitor because my batsman edged the ball to slip for the 7th time in a row. AI bowlers suddenly turn into prime James Anderson when you need just 10 runs. Meanwhile my fielders sometimes forget they actually have hands. Still, somehow I keep coming back for “just one more match.” Cricket fans will understand the pain. 🏏 8/10 – Would get bowled out again. 😭
This game has turned into an absolute cash grab. First of all, the price is ridiculous. This game is nowhere worth the price tag. The game also doesn't allow you to play offline or use an older version. It's infuriating, especially after an update which breaks more things rather than fixing them. And the in-game and UI bugs are so unprofessional. Even after all this time, these bugs haven't been fixed. Instead, they opted for a microtransaction cash-grab scheme which broke a lot of in game mechanics. At least let us play offline or an older version, we paid good money for this crap and we deserve to play whichever version we want to. This company single-handedly ruined what they built up.
I have been fan of cricket 22 , thought I would get some more gameplay improvements. i have played enough in the career mode, but while batting I haven't nicked(edged) a single ball, this is ridiculous, Intentionally I have tried to do mistiming so that I can edge , have tried highest difficulty, but nothing happened. very much disappointed.
Fielding can no more be set in ODI's. I get 9 fields on offside and 9 on legside errors. How is it possible to accomplish that? I am seeing random player names for all my teams now. Your latest update destroyed my favorite game.
