Ross Symons, your dev team is a joke and you are a proper clown. Almost 2 years since its launch, and the game gets worse day by day. Fielding bugs from the launch haven't been fixed yet. Players don't run to take catches, players don't run to save boundaries. AI Batter runs for another run even when the ball is approaching the stumps. And don't even get me started on Career Mode, its hot garbage. Acquiring licenses doesn't fix the game, Ross. You may block people on twitter for pointing out the bugs, but people will always let their voices known here. P.S. Don't even bother to get this game even if its free.
🎮 Cricket 24 (PC) – 375 Hours Later… 🏏 I’ve sunk 375 hours into this game since launch. That should tell you two things: 1️⃣ I’m a massive cricket fan. 2️⃣ I’ve given this game way more chances than it deserves. ✨ The Good: When it works, batting and bowling can actually feel pretty great. Stadiums and crowd atmosphere give a nice vibe. Career mode has the right idea but not the polish. 💀 The Ugly: 🐞 Bugs everywhere: fielders teleporting, bizarre AI decisions, broken animations. 🎢 Performance is all over the place—FPS drops, stuttering, random crashes. 🌐 Online? Forget it. Desyncs, lag, and rage quitters make it unbearable. 📢 Commentary feels like a broken record on repeat since the last few titles. 💤 Updates are slow and barely scratch the surface of major issues. ⚖️ Verdict: After 375 hours, I can say this: Cricket 24 isn’t the “next gen cricket experience” it was marketed as. It’s more like Cricket 22.5 with extra bugs and a shinier menu. Hardcore fans might squeeze out some fun I clearly did, but for most players this game will test your patience more than your cricketing skills. ⭐ 5/10 – Only buy if you’re desperate for cricket on PC.

Awful game, what a joke, 10 years and its barely an improvement on DB14.
The downfall of Cricket games under Bigant has been sad to see. A game with such substance has been watered down to just a bunch of shallow features like licensing and fancy designs of jerseys. They took away the gameplay mechanics that made Bigant cricket games fun. The same game has been copy pasted since Cricket 19 and even in that a bunch of good mechanics have been taken away for no reason. Such a shame.
becoming worst day by day. showing 6 even it was four. cant change field setup ,manually sometime. offline sucks u guys r too focused on pro cricket which is not interesting at all. improve the offlline catogories too.
If you love cricket you will be tempted to play this game and honestly as a functional, faithful representation of cricket there is a bit to love about it. The gameplay is fun at first and for a while I was pretty engaged by the career mode where I set a goal of scoring an international century and taking a five-wicket bag in career mode. The reason I've ultimately said that I wouldn't recommend this game is because it is just so repetitive and there is very little true sense of progress as you step up through the ranks beyond wearing slightly different uniforms. For me it mostly just came to working out two or three shots that always worked and hitting them over and over again through club, state & ultimately international level. Ultimately the experience just left me feeling kind of empty by the end as it required very little beyond the initial learning curve and no real problem solving once that way of 'winning' was worked out. If you are a cricket fan you may enjoy this for a time as it is a functional game that works and doesn't have too many bugs but I wouldn't call it a good game, much less a great one.
Solid Cricket Sim, But Feels Like a Patch Over Cricket 22 Cricket 24 is a good game overall — especially if you're a cricket fan looking for a realistic experience. The ball physics feel more refined this time around; things like cross-seam deliveries and cutters become more effective as the ball ages, which adds a nice touch of realism. You can tell there have been some enhancements compared to the last game. That said, if you've played Cricket 22, don't expect a huge leap. The gameplay feels almost identical, and while some visual and performance tweaks are noticeable, it doesn't really feel like a full next-gen upgrade. The commentary, unfortunately, still has some annoying glitches — like calling a powerful shot a "four" when it's clearly something else. Pros: - Realistic ball physics, especially with wear and tear -Smooth gameplay if you're new to the series -Solid mechanics and overall cricketing feel Cons: -Very similar to Cricket 22 -Commentary bugs break immersion -Not a major step forward in innovation If you're new to the franchise or skipped the last one, it's a great cricket game. But if you already own Cricket 22, you might feel a bit of déjà vu. Rating: 7.5/10 – A solid cricket sim, just not much evolution.
The game runs like a dog. I am getting 30 fps on RTX 5080. For context the Black Myth Wukong runs on this rig with RT and without DLSS at 60fps on 2k res. Raised a ticket with support and I kid you not their response was along the lines that "The game is 2 years old now, its not tested on new Hardware". I nearly fell off the chair there. I've been playing games on PC for 15 years never have I come across a title that runs worst on new hardware ':( . Devs don't seem to be interested in fixing any issues. And judgning by the history of this franchise, devs are likely busy applying new paint of coat to this title so they can sell the same thing again to people with new name "Cricket 26" at full price.
Nice game, don't have to purchase cricket 26 now, i will for discount in winter sale , as cricket 24 is almost same as cricket 26, so its my opinion
Too much bugs AI fielding unreal or in simple words full of bugs and bad AI coding
