fun and silly singleplayer game. Achievments are easy to get as well
I love this game. It's short and sweet and I knew it complete. It's a great little turn based RPG, love the cast of characters, the villain, the superpowers in battles. Love the candy corn. i 100% it on Xbox and now on Steam, that's how much I love it. Here's hoping we get a Costume Quest 3 someday.
peak costumes and questing is all i gotta say 🗣️💯🔥
kinda like the first game... but again
combat isn't the best but I love the story, gonna check the show out soon
Very fun and easy to play
Costume Quest 2 takes everything lovable from the original and dresses it up in even more charm, creativity, and good‑hearted fun. From the colourful neighbourhoods to the quirky characters, every moment in this game feels like a smiling autumn breeze full of candy, costumes, and goofy delight. Combat has that same clever twist — transforming into costume forms that are wildly imaginative and satisfying to use. Each costume feels unique and exciting, making every battle a joyful surprise rather than a chore. The strategic depth is just right: easy to pick up, rewarding to master, and always lighthearted. The writing is sharper, funnier, and packed with personality that never feels forced. Characters are delightful, conversations are laugh‑out‑loud funny, and the world itself feels alive with Halloween spirit. The story keeps you engaged with its warmth, humour, and charmingly playful twists. Visually, Costume Quest 2 is bright, expressive, and full of personality. The soundtrack perfectly complements the atmosphere — bouncy, upbeat, and brimming with seasonal cheer. If you love charming RPGs with heart, humour, and heaps of personality, Costume Quest 2 delivers in spades. 10/10 — adorable, clever, and a perfect Halloween blast.
Absolut nettes Adventure-Game mit rundenbasiertem Kampfsystem. Rätsel sind nicht zu leicht so daß man motiviert bleibt. Kann am Controller gespielt werden oder mit Tastatur.
The more traditional Trick-Or-Treat adventure of the last game gets upgraded with a time-traveling (and still hilarious) romp to save Halloween and the future! If that isn't enough of a sell, then the improved combat mechanics should! My warning to you: just like the first game, this one was not initially designed with mouse + keyboard in mind, and it shows, so get a controller that works with it.
