I thought no one could make Treasure games but Treasure. Well, I am very happy to be proven wrong. All-time banger. If love any combination of Gunstar Heroes, Kirby, or Mega Man well... congratulations. You like video games I guess, but also you should buy this immediately.
games like this dont happen very often at all, where every crevice has so much effort dedicated to itself that i cant help but be completely charmed by everything about it. its rare for me to have a dumb smile throughout practically an entire game but this does that to me (╯▽╰ )
Got that game ages ago, had a lot of fun with it - graphics might look a bit simple in screenshots, but usually you're getting distracted by the projectiles coming your way, or the sparkly explosions you've just caused. Gameplay-wise, it's a Bullet Hell/Platformer hybrid where you copy the attacks of your defeated enemies and get to use them against them, or combine multiple different attack types in a big combination attack. If that sounds like that could be your kind of fun, go download the demo - it's an older build of the game that, aside from some minor balance changes, still plays the same as the current version, and has more than enough content for you to make your own decision on whether you like it or not.
Don't let the screenshots deter you. This is a true Treasure-style action game from a dev who understood what they were doing. A Steam hidden gem
Boki after doing the most anime thing in the world: "Meow." (Play the game, it's amazing!)
Very good game, joyous robot blasting that I come back to every few years
This is an INCREDIBLE game. I'm about halfway through and am straight up blown away by how much variety and spectacle is on display. It just keeps getting crazier and crazier! I know I'm not gonna be able to shut up about this game for a long, long time
This game is wild, it's weird, and it's SO unabashedly itself. Its aesthetics call back to that Gamecube 3D jank era in the BEST way possible, it has no end of fun and quirky enemies to fight, the sheer amount and versatility of powers you get access to is ABSURD... it's just an absolute delight, top to bottom, and you WILL NOT regret picking it up!!!
this game feels like playing a ufotable fight scene
