This game is exactly what I want in my "build army of weirdos" game. All of it is so lovingly crafted that even though this is one of those games that can (probably) run on a toaster, I find most of my time spent trying to find all the different cool units in game just to see if they have a description that is even slightly different than the other similar monsters (example: all the different Pale One oracles have different descriptions of how one was supposedly found and probably killed). It creates this interesting world where you're never just playing the monkey faction, you're playing as the apes out of the Jungle Book and their tired of man.
I would recommend this game. It's a little bit janky but when you know how to manage your resources its so much fun
please someone help me. i suck at this game
Great game in general (except graphics, but thats not why youre here). Unfortunatly the Steam Page states Split-Screen coop, but there is not option for it. There are discussions on steam about this but no solution. Will change to positive if resolved.
An interesting introduction to the 4X genre: I sacrifice 500 innocent civilians to summon a demon lord. I fail to control it, and it proceeds to solo half my army, crippling me. I rebuild over the course of several months. I sacrifice another 500 innocent civilians to summon another demon lord. I successfully control it this time, and it can fly, so I send it to retrieve a bunch of flying demons stranded over shallow water. It gets tired and drowns, wasting my 500 innocent civilians. At every moment this game is trying to make me suicidal. Highly recommend.
