Not flashy, but a nice and light spin on the world-building: different without forcing the player to memorize a setting. Gameplay is text-based for non-combat stuff, and top-down gridded combat, like a very stripped down digital tabletop. Combat plays a lot like 4E D&D (the best of D&Ds for tactical combat, and arguably one of the best RPGs for tactical combat in general), but again, rules are nicely simplified without being simplistic. Movement is very slow, but that makes forced movement very impactful, and teamwork is an force multiplier. Game is multiplayer, but I played solo with no trouble whatsoever.
Perfect for a simple, tabletop-like experience with one or more friends online.
Is vere good gaimz. Somtaime not so good, somtaimes very good. For play with friend, is another good taime, want you like if party ok bang bang kill everytaim. Buy my mixtape.
Recomendo aos amantes de D&D.
By-the-book, story rich, turnbased tabletop RPG. Both the smallest installment, and the game with the most gaming hours on my PC. Truly recommendable.
"Please have an account for the account of your account." The game itself was serviceable. Simple, but working well with ok to good stories. No Solasta or BG:3 of course, but def. worth to consider if you like classic PnP stuff. Still I downvote any and all game that ask me to make an account for my accounts account. I do not work in accounting.
Fun and simple desktop rpg game. You will NOT get an spectacular show of images and special effects, no videos, no fast paced action: just a text-adventure game that you can play online with your friends. Get ready to READ. A LOT. I strongly recommend you to avoid playing with randoms, since they tend to drop the game without telling you. It's better if you set up your group and create a whatsapp/telegram chat to let them know when you played (and also to discuss and make jokes about the campaign) The interface is simple: just a web-browser game, but it works if you want to try something different, a in a more relaxed pace. The only thing I feel this game is missing is the capability to customize more your character (add pictures, create your story, features, etc...) and it would be amazing if there was a workshop so that the community could add new skills, maps, stories, etc...
I am a DnD player. My imagination is ok, do not need flashy graphics to enjoy any game. But this game has generic story, almost no posibility for character/class builds, so I ended up by using the same attack and/or spell every battle. Items just add +X to something, rarely give new and useful uses and that is all. Player story choices are basic A, B, C and do not have any long term consequences. Interface is good, but could use a lot of improvement, since they want money fot browser game.
I got this game because it was recommended as a D&D "itch-scratcher". The game did not have any real entertainment value for me. I did not care for the lore, setting or mechanics, leaving pretty well nothing for me to write anything positive about.
any game that makes me sign up to an outside service is an instant 0/10. Bruh you already have my steam account right there. get a grip. also I hit play four times and twice the game wouldn't even load it just had a error can't connect screen had to exit out and retry (no trouble shooting options btw). the one time I was willing to attempt to put in an email got the same can't connect error so I gave up. Apparently the devs are dead or missing so no chance of help on that. Very low expectations were not met.
