It's an entertaining platform game where your goal is to hop into the time machine at the end of each level and defeat the ultimate boss. Although it's pretty traditional platformer genre, its colorful and comic design has been a spotlight. As the game progresses, you will be able to unlock all kinds of skins. You, riding a dinosaur, equipped with rockets, is getting chased by a giant dinosaur. As of the gameplay, it now consists of 33 levels as of Early Access 1201. Each level has similar missions--beat the level within a certain time (vary between different levels), collect all coins, and take no damage. While passing the level may not be difficult, it definitely takes some practice to achieve all the goals. Actually some levels, especially later on, can get really challenging depending on how the traps and obstacles are laid out. With enemies throwing stones and spears, the level becomes harder to achieve the no-damage mission. For speedrun, you may allow yourself to take some damage and overlook some enemies, as all you do is catch up time. Fortunately you can achieve all the goals in different playthroughs, so you don't have to worry about killing all enemies and collecting all coins while trying to be fast without getting hurt. In later levels teleporters will become critical to pass the level, those portals may transport you to some surprising locations, though--you may find yourself in the middle of enemies or spike thingy, or empty space that makes you fall to death. The final level majorly consists of the giant dinosaur whom you must beat with rockets. Keep in mind the rocket is only effective when hit on the dinosaur’s back, so take full advantage of the wall since you are able to jump higher through walls, land on the temporary platform, and get yourself some time for the dinosaur to move away. Meanwhile, I have noticed some minor downsides in the game. The program does occasionally crash for some reason I haven't figured out. There is no option to sprint, so player might feel a bit uncomfortable. Even though the game is in story mode, there is actually only a beginning cutscene, but as you go through the levels you will not see anymore, even after beating the final boss. When getting back to the main world and choosing levels you might find hopping through every level a hassle since all the 33 levels are connected by a winding route and cannot be chosen with a faster way. Nevertheless, as early access stage the entertainment is very satisfactory and performance issue is nearly imperceptible other than the occasional crash. As the development goes on I believe that bugs will be fixed and more content will be added. In general, this is a game worth playing, it's quite entertaining because of the challenges as well as the graphics. The game is not perfect, but I can see the hard work behind the developers and would play more if new maps and more playing modes are added.
