Reviewed using HTC Vive Pro
Duel Simulator and a darn fine one ⚰️whether it's pistols at dawn or showdown at high noon 🕛 either way due process is a bullet from your Cold Iron❗ ✔️ Has really nice graphics & audio is great! ✔️ Stare down was my favorite part of each duel! ✔️I like it's one controller (any chance of supporting Hyper Blaster Set?) https://youtu.be/z0Rdv4DkmKI
Game is actually fairly challenging. Needed something to get me back into VR and this pretty much did the trick. Starts out as a normal western shooter but starts getting into some more fun and much more challenging duels. So far so good, look forward to beating it. Music is pretty good too.
First of all, it's hard. The aiming of the gun is not what I was used to from other VR games. It was a bit jittery on the draw and aimed higher than I expected. Once you get past that, though, it's a fun little light VR game that looks quite nice, too. I definitely recommend it for the novelty of the game type.
This is a really cool VR game with lots of fun and unique dueling. I was suprised by how much more this game offers than just a basic duel. I feel like even though I've played over an hour I still have a lot more to do. It's difficult to find any other VR games that give you this much challenge. It's always rewarding to figure out what the enemies are going to do next and be able to react to them in time. If you are still looking for a good VR game and not just another VR experience, this is it.

The gun points straight upwards, so you have to hold your controller in a way that breaks your wrist. Played on Lenovo Explorer (WMR)
Story 10/10 Loved it allot | Gameplay: 7/10 Very simple | Price: Aim for under $15 | Picked it up for $6.98AUD and just finished the game, I can say it's a pretty fun experience with the voice over and the different fights you have to take on I can easily recommend whenever the game is below $10AUD as a 100% buy. There is a lot of love in this project but sadly (for the devs) I don't believe it should be $20 (atleast not in 2020) I would pay max $15 for this, as it takes a simple theme of a western quick draw and weaves in puzzle elements and is a 1.5hr experience if you don't get too stuck on any of the bosses. But the effort put into the story was awesome, made me really hyped for the ending (In a good way) and once i beat it i really felt like a overcame a huge obstacle. And the different fights had really interesting puzzle elements as well, I got a big brain so i figured it out pretty quick but they were a fun challenge to kill some time with.
Played for the first time with a group of 6 friends, passing the headset whenever one of us got killed. We got killed a LOT. Really satisfying when you're the first to win one of the duels, though. Very good voice acting. Hoping for a multiplayer update.
It turns out, puzzle duel shooter is surprisingly good mix of genres) Cold Iron tests player's reflexes, accuracy and memory at the same time. It's challenging but fair and very satisfying. I only didn't like the story too much: it's a bit vague and simple. But Cold Iron is not a story-focused game so it doesn't really matter.
