Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends this hidden gem : So many layers, mechanisms and synergies! Upgrades are creative and significant, pacing is perfect, gameplay is fun, active play is rewarded. Just lacks better art style and some QoL improvements. Don't judge a book by its cover! Coinbox Clicker may not have the best art style, but it's great gameplay-wise. + Rare coins and special coins really change the gameplay! + Lots of synergies with these coins! + Stop moving, you... coinbox! Creative and fun way to force the player into active play. + Chaotic screen in the endgame, visual delight, dopamine shot. + Achievements are creative and fun to figure out. +- Game lags in the endgame, but it makes you feel so powerful cause you broke the game, so it's OK :-) - Art style could be better (it's not bad in any way, though, but could be more flashy). - Miss some QoL, like being able to purchase stocks of rare and special coins for multiple runs and/or purchasing these coins without having to go each time in the upgrade menu. *Why should you never listen to coins? Cause they never make any cents!* Overall, it's a pretty good game, with a lot to experiment. Definitely a buy! Hope this review is helpful! It's not a bad game and gameplay loop, i was enjoying it the first few hours but the lag at the end is really unbearable, the rare coins just make the game lag too hard, so i had to stop playing, i would avoid this game for now until it gets some performance updates.
Game is broken, Devs wont reply in community forum to fix it.

After about 2-3 resets and especially with some active buffs the particles produced made the game lag a lot. Even with every grafic option toned down. The UI having to redo your minerals each time you buy new ones also feels bad since you can do it so often and while the scroll-option is fine it still feels like it should be automated from highest to lowest or have that at least be an option. The feature of the box moving together with the issues mentioned above makes it pretty much pointless to click manually. Once I felt this the game became a semi-idle game that basically is a quite stale idle game.
Insanely addictive and incredibly well thought-out and made for a little indie game! Just grinded 3 hours and can't wait to play more.
This is a fun game, but like others have mentioned, it gets extremely laggy in higher levels. Also, it appears there is no way to complete all the achievements as the final two items on the tree, the GPU and CPU need 9999 purchased and for me, they now cost infsp (infinite lots of coin) money, which is not available. Also, each simulation appears to max out at level 440 making it impossible to progress further. This is the way it has worked for me. If anyone else has experienced anything different, please comment.
This game is awesome! At first I thought it was going to be like cookie clicker but it's like cookie clicker on steroids. I found myself addicted to getting new coins and trying to beat each level. The coinbox is really unique in each level it gets harder and harder to destroy and it starts moving around which makes the games pretty challenging but really fun. Also, you can get perks that can help you progress throughout the game so if you combine 2 perks in your run you can make a lot of money and progress even further! Overall, if you want a game to kill some time this game is perfect for that. I find myself hoping on here and there to keep on progressing through the game because there are so many new upgrades and coins to unlock.
So I tried it and it is a very good incremental. The only thing is the late game performance which can be mitigated by NOT playing with auto clickers. Just avoid them and the game will run very smooth.
This is the one you're looking for. It's got the juice that so many games in this completely flooded genre are missing. All the good stuff is here. You know what I mean. I almost passed on this, and I'm not sure why. Something about "Coinbox" put me off. Glad I decided to buy. My single gripe is that I can't finish it right now because of performance issues. Even after turning off all shaders, floating text, particles, etc. it still starts to chug as soon as the box starts spawning coins. This only just started, very late in the game (300+ prestige currency). Hopefully the dev can have a look and implement a fix. Pooling, caching, aggressive batching to the GPU, I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it is achievable from what I can see. Great game, well done.
