Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.38/day in the week to Aug 3 → 3.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Where do i even start omg.. the game is so boring and somebody said ´People trying to write visual novels need to have actual in person conversations with other people because every interaction in this game feels like a forum thread.´ I CANNOT AGREE MORE OMG!!! Every dialogue feels so unreal like its so boring, nobody acts like this in real life! How the ♥♥♥♥ do you write a visual novel with it feeling like you are talking with ChatGPT before ChatGPT even existed?!?!?! How did they mess up so bad ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i was so tired and nearly falling asleep every minute... Second issue is that.. where the ♥♥♥♥ is the LGBTQ+ representation?.. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community i just feel like they added this tag just because it was made in 2020 and everybody in that year was coming out... PURE QUEER BAITING! TOTAL DEAL BREAKER FOR ME IF YOU HAVE THE LGBTQ+ TAG AND THEN THERES LITERALLY NO LGBTQ+ REPRESENTATION AT ALL!! Also the game does an extremely EXTREMELY bad job of explaining how does your coffee (whether you it correctly or not) affect the endings.. i did not know at all how to change the endings and had to deadass look it up. I could spend whole say saying how boring this game is and im exremely happy i bought it on sale.. sadly i bought the bundle where you buy the second game too.. sighh.. i heard good things about this game and i thought that when the roblox game was good this one has to be too since its the original. The only enjoyable character was Neil BUT!!!!! only because he was an alien who talked weird so that was relief from boring dialogue, his quest is weird as ♥♥♥♥ and made me uncomfortable... why does nobody say how weird it is to just come into a coffee shop and say that they want to breed....everybody just agrees??...everybody else was extremely boring or annoying (especially Freya whos a regular which is the worst thing ever). DO NOT get me started on the boring ost that plays the same 5 songs over and over again its better to play on mute and listen to the rain sound..

This game has been such a fun ride story wise along with just helping me get closer with this now great friend group as we would just voice over different characters for the fun of it, I already have beaten the game on console but decided to get it on pc as well since it is such an amazing game. I also have both the second game and now Coffee Talk Tokyo this series has been a blast to follow and play and can't wait to see what other stories come out in the future
A piece of pretentious scribble about horned elves and cloven-hoofed dwarves
I honestly really enjoyed this game. It's got very lovely looking art, sprites and animations. However, the animations of the customers do get a bit repetitive. They mostly cycle though 2 animations at most and that gets stale fast. The dialogue also could be improved by giving the player options to choose from. This game at the moment has no replay value since the dialogue will always be the same and that's fine but giving the player's more freedom and more dialogue options would spice the game up a bit more. Another part of the game I found kind of disconnected, was the latte art. There is no incentive to make any and it's just kind of there. Drinks don't change when you make latte art and no one orders it. It's just a niche thing you can do if you really want to go out of your way. I will definitely get the part 2 at some point and I'm looking forward to what the devs cooked up there.
I love the story and the quirky characters. However, I do wish that we were able to make dialogue choices instead of just reading what they all have to say.
Couldn’t stand the character of Freya, the writer that inserts herself into every conversation so every conversation was a bit annoying. Not interesting enough to continue playing it.
one of the best game ive ever played, not bcs its so deep in mechanic or story or anything, but because its feels real. it touch my heart, the character and situation there are feels like it can happen in real life, they feel so a live life. this game became my fav because it touch the same frequency i... no, we living in. if you want to play cozy relaxing game that have convo/story that feels down to earth and real, i really recommend it
You sitting in the coffee shop listening to yapping about nonsense. There are no dialog options, your role comes down to clicking 3 buttons to make them an ordered drink, but you're welcome to ♥♥♥♥ into their mugs, they would drink it either way.
