This game is too complex for my understanding and I hate it when I mute the sound to farm trading cards quietly and the next time I launch the game the music starts blasting.

I'm going to be nice to this game. I am in full understanding of that in its current state it is below expectations, however the devs are definitely aware of its issues and are working towards fixing them. This game has some great ideas: The story for it is actually interesting and the idea of a side scrolling shooter in a 3d space is actually quite interesting. However, the enemies are quite hard to hit and the ship building and formation editor are relatively useless when you are constantly under a hellstorm of enemy bullets. I also don't enjoy the soundtrack for this game, I really think that it doesn't fit the 'Hardcore Space Pilot' theme. It sounds like royalty free music from the Musescore website, and it definitely needs an overhaul. I know the devs are working on a difficulty setting option, but I will mention that at the time it is incredibly necessary as the game is over the top difficult right from the start. If I could make my own suggestion, maybe consider putting in a view option so the player could play in top down rather than a 3rd person? The view is cool and definitely helps to feel the depth of space, but it makes it gosh near impossible to aim. tl;dr this game needs a lot of work but it has some great potential.
This is a really fun and fast paced game. I really enjoyed the graphics and the music was awesome. The only problem that I had with this game was that it was extremely difficult to play and I was unable to get past the first mission in the story mode. What little of the story that I was able to see seemed like it would be very interesting and I would love to be able to get further in the game in order to find out how the story progresses. Perhaps if the game started with more support or with a difficulty setting it would be much better. I honestly felt like I was on an adrenaline high the whole time I was playing, it is very good.
It's quite fun, very very simple but fun to play which is the important bit.
An unfortunate example of a sound idea meeting flawed execution. I love the idea of assembling a fleet in a sort of reverse Galaga or Space Invaders, but the interface needs work and some of the gameplay aspects just seem out of place for a Shmup/Bullet Hell game. The enemies are so far away, the environments, though surprisingly pretty, get boring fast. Surprisingly, and contrary to what many other people seem to have found to be an issue, I didn't find the difficulty to be a problem. I really hope that Raconteur Games can turn this idea around, and they seem to be committed to doing so, which is refreshing to see.

Shoot them up, pseudo-RPG, arcade, 2D, espace, au gameplay sympathique et original. Bon vol.
