Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

Even for non turn-based RPG lovers like myself, this game absolutely blew me away with it's story. Some games, including this one, truly deserve to be called art. You get to experience the doubts, moments of dread and sorrow, but also companionship and love being processed differently through all of the characters, each in their own way. I loved the secrecy and complexity of the story being unraveled layer by layer. If you're wondering if this game deserves the 'overwhelmingly positive' rating: yes. It's that good.

Only 3 hours in and I dont care for turn based games - but this is something special, definitely worth it

This game deserved Goty. The combat for a turn based combat is very interactive and the parrying mechanic is one of the best things that the devs could implement . The visuals are one of the best i have seen in any game i have played. The only thing that bothered me a little was some visual artifacting while watching cutscenes , but i have searched and it may be a problem from amd or the devs , but this is a very minor problem for the game you are getting . If you have the money and the system power i would 100% recommend this game not only for the visuals but also the story and gameplay.

amazing game. I have only played for 8 hours, but it has been so much fun! The graphics are beautiful. The characters (so far) are well written and the combat is engaging. Thanks for an awesome game :D 💛

French Final Fantasy but it's also Elden Ring. I can fully vouch for this game, even at full price - This game is a masterpiece. One minor criticism about the game: you hit the damage ceiling fairly early, eg by ~1/2 way through Act II without necessarily optimizing or power-leveling all that hard, but you don't get the ability to go over the damage ceiling until closer to the end of the game.
