TL;DR: Circularity is a decent puzzle game riddled with bugs, which ultimately lead to a lot of frustration. I would recommend it to any puzzle lover due to some pretty ingenious levels but for the rest, I'd say stay clear till the bugs are fixed. ----- Circularity - Minimalistic Adventure! as its full title is given in the about text, is a minimalist puzzle game, with equal positive and negative sides to it. It claims to be a "Relaxing puzzle with interesting game mechanics [...]" but I can only attest this to be true for some of the levels, especially at the early stages. It's important to note that the levels are not increasing in difficulty as you progress but are arbitrarily thrown in. So you will also encounter some early levels that require many attempts to get right, if you want to 100% the game achievements. And that is the biggest problem of Circularity; whereas other puzzle games adapt by adding new mechanics as you progress to spice up the gameplay (see Hook), Circularity stays the same from start to finish, leaving behind this feeling of not caring if its level 21 or level 72. On the flip-side, there are some levels which have ingenious solutions, not seen until you try and fail a few times (to par with Zap!3 that often triggered that blank stare of disbelief at the way a puzzle was completed). In addition, the minimalist design is quite unique and pleasing but again with the annoyance or perhaps better described peculiarity, of moving to the next level even if you haven't completed the current level. That's forcing you to wait until the next level is loaded, quit that to the main screen and re-trace which level it was, re-load it and replay it. Forcing me to always move forward the levels was extremely frustrating, negating the "relaxing" mood, especially when re-trying missed levels for the achievements. Again, it could be easily fixed if an option was added to not auto-forward. Lastly, the bugs encountered on many levels, with circles disappearing, achievements not triggered, right down to a couple levels missing completely essential mechanics to complete (see levels 53 and 72). For a simple puzzle game, these bugs are inexcusable, especially when they seem to have been introduced at later updates/patches. To recap: + Minimalist puzzle game but not an adventure + Interesting new idea/concept with a decent execution + Pleasing, unique and uncomplicated user interface + Some levels are very well-designed + Lots of levels to keep one occupied for sometime (1.5-2hrs for 100%) + Steam achievements and cloud saves - More difficult levels require cat-like reflexes and a good mouse (found these impossible to complete on a laptop's touchpad) - The UI needs improvement, adding a way to replay a level, without always moving forward to the next - Levels difficulty is random and not incremental, detracting from the overall experience - Too many bugs and a couple completely broken levels at the time of this review - No steam trade cards (why?) ----- PS: For 100% achievements, the broken levels such as 58, 72 etc currently require to enable the steam console and download an older, working, version of the game from the steam depot, which is an unnecessary chore.

Простая, но понятная мини игра головоломка-пазл, в котором нужно дойти до финиша к следующему уровню сквозь препятствия. Цена для такого контента идеальна, за 21-30 рублей 80 достижений и немного фана
A pretty cool game with awesome and interesting puzzles. The game has enough levels to really enjoy it. I recommend giving this game a try!
I mean it's a fine little minimalistic puzzle game and if that's all I had to say i'd recommend it. However there's a broken level, no way to quickly restart, and levels move on even though you haven't "completed" them. These add up to be pretty annoying in a game that really doesn't have much to offer to begin with. If you're going to do a minimal game like this atleast do it well.

CONS: - There's 1 broken achievement. - Circle rotation sensitivity.
Text Review:
Circularity is a puzzle video game with both easy and average difficulty levels. It's relaxing but it can be frustrating in some levels... The frustration is mostly due to the circle rotation sensitivity, it doesn't feel smooth. A major downside is obviously the bugged/broken achievement found in level 72. This game's achievements are good for personalizing the Steam profile using the Achievement Showcase. This line is for the achievement hunters. Overall it's easy to beat the game and it doesn't require any type of grinding. As I've mentioned before, there's one broken achievement ... The achievement "72" can only be unlocked if you download an older version of the game through Steam console commands. If you don't know how to do it by yourself, search for a tutorial video on YouTube, that's how I did it.
Recommendation:
It was average. I still recommend it but only if it's at or below the price tag I paid for it.
Rating - 50/100
Review Date - 27/12/2018
It's a nice idea and was fun for a while but it just seemed to go on for a while, would better suit a free phone app than a steam game, even for a dollar. Lots of visual glitches where objects in the game would appear and dissappear basically at random. The game challanges you to collect 3 green orbs in every stage which completes the stage and gets you an achievment, even though you can progress through the levels without them. If you progress through the level without the orbs and want to retry to get them, you have to pause, exit to the menu, then open up the level selector and select the level you want to retry, keeping in mind that none of them are labeled so you just have to count and remember the level number. Don't think you can pad your achievements with an easy 100% and 80 achievments, because level 72 only has two green orbs, meaning it's impossible to complete and you can't get the 72 achievement or the achievment for completion. After discovering this the game just started to annoy, being less fun and more of a slog of trial and error trying to get the exact perfect angle to get all the orbs and get into the goal. It's a nice timewaster for a while, I suppose, but I'd rather spend my dollar on a deck of cards for solitaire or something.
Unfixed bugs for several months (f.e. the achievement for level 72). Don't reward this developer with your money. Buy a good game instead.
规则上就是释放小球到达紫色终点 靠成就逼着你去收集所有的绿色小球 很弱智的游戏,毫无乐趣可言
