Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are a navigator, a protector of Catharage station. Countless enemies threaten its survival. You must venture out into the unknown, gather strength, and vanquish our foes before they can destroy us. The city stands eternal.

In Catharage, you pilot a single capital ship through space. Carefully maneuver, assign weapons to automatically fire on targets and watch them explode. You'll find randomly generated loot that you can equip or scrap for currency. You will complete missions for Catharage station, earning valuable credits. Should you die, all is lost - but return home in time, and your reward is saved. Use what you recover to upgrade and unlock ships, hire fleet members or pay for one-time bonuses, to face tougher enemies and go further.
Unlock more than 30 different ships to fly, each with their own attributes. Some may be large and slow, but highly armored. Others are nimble and frail, yet hit beyond their size. Discover three weapon types with several special perks that change their behaviour. Find modules that grant attributes or active abilities, such as microwarp drives, cloaking devices, or EMP blasts. Items may come with special traits, such as scaling damage or set bonuses. Loot rolls in rarities ranging from scrap-worthy to run-changing, and every kill may change your chances.
While you become stronger over time through investment in global attribute bonuses, variance exists on a smaller scale as well. Each run, you can find special upgrades that may change its course: Pick up an engineering upgrade before you start and make your weak corvette into a strong brawler. Find a forge to turn a lumbering battleship into a nimble kiter. Every encounter is different. Maybe you'll chance upon a battle in progress and scavenge the remains - or jump straight into a gas cloud that strips your armor, leaving you vulnerable to enemies you once thought beneath you.
Catharage is a slow-paced but punctuated game. Since you decide where to fly and who to fight, sessions can be as calm or hectic as your taste demands. While space is large and atmospheric, fights can quickly become overwhelming - make sure you're adequately prepared. The game is challenging, but knowledge reigns supreme: Learning about enemies, systems and strategy is key to mastering the encounters and obstacles set before you.
Fly alone or together with up to 4 other captains. Specialize your ships to fill different roles, use support items to buff and heal your allies, or split up to clear sectors faster.
Catharage is a part-time solo development project. A substantial demo is available, make sure you try it to see if the game is for you!

Very enjoyable game. Minimalistic but well-designed. I would rebind the controls and switch Q and E with A and D. After that, the controls are actually quite nice. I love that there is no time limit in the areas. That’s a really nice change compared to other similar games. I would absolutely recommend it — you just have to take some time to get used to it.
Games great. UX is a little weird. But it plays well in general and has a good game loop. Sometimes you can get one shot if you dont pay attention to your stats. The dev is active, and helpful. Ive put some time into this one and been playing since early release. If you like space games, youll probably like this one.

Its a Meh for me so far, the beginning of a run takes forever and the game loop is just so so... the roguelike aspect just doesn't soot this kinda game, I build a ship I would like to keep it and keep upgrading it. I got it on Splattercats recommendation so im gonna give it a thumps up for that. And the price was just fine, no big loss if you don't like it
I´ve actually not many words to describe this genuine loveletter to space sims in rouge lite form. I just like it and want other ppl to like it, because it´s a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good rouge lite space sim and you can play it as fast (or as slow) as you´d like. For me this is a masterpiece.
I'm giving this a thumbs up because I think the dev deserves the backing. That being said, It's a tough game where the RNG will frustrate you. You'll need to discover the rules of how weapons and systems work, you might think it's the same as other games and "yeah I got this" only to get F'ed over by the next thing. I hope the game will get enough support from players and the dev, so this will end as a very good game. Why it isn't listed as early access I dont know, cause sadly I think it needs a lot of work to not just be a niche. It really has a lot of good things going for it, but it's to random for my taste. Usually the weapons are weak and then occationally you get some god gun that just obliterate ships, it feels like there's nothing in between. The game is cheap and if you crave space flight I most certainly think you should try it.
Very fun tactical roguelite with some strong homeworld vibes.
This is a neat little space combat roguelite with an unusual control feel, using direct keyboard input but with a gameplay style more akin to an ultralight EVE or Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. It's a slow-paced action game with sometimes-frustrating loot quality droughts, but the ship playstyle variety and feeling of diving through enemy squadrons picking out dangerous targets while dodging and shooting down missiles keeps you coming back.
Decent game, not exceptional but worth the time
Great game with potential for improvement. Biggest issue i have is that im always kind of fighting my own ship to go exactly where i want it to go. Lack of movement precision is a big deal where wrong engagement range will cost you the run. Still very much recommended.
Controls could do with some improvement, but on the whole it's a fun little game with visuals evocative of Homeworld, a favourite of mine.
