Cat Chess

Идея и стиль прикольные. Но игра пока что сырая. Далее критика и предложения: 1. Как-то улучшить графику. Такое ощущение, словно сглаживания нет. 2. Сделать свободную камеру, как в Tabletop Simulator, сейчас мы имеет жёсткую привязку к центру доски. 3. Переработать интерфейс. Нафига две ОГРОМНЫЕ кнопки висят всю партию сверху? А у создателя лобби еще и почти посреди экрана всю партию висит код приглашения. Это убого. 4. Добавить чат.... 5. Сделать кооперативное взаимодействие с окружением: Сейчас смена музыки, использование указки или клубка отображается у каждого игрока по отдельности. Другой игрок не видит, что вы трогаете клубок, другой игрок не слышит ту же музыку, что и вы. 6. Я бы еще добавил возможность ставить свою музыку в магнитофон. 7. Также подправить баги надо. На каком-то ходу у меня попросту король стал невидимым, а у соперника пешка, превратившись в ферзя, осталась фантомом стоять на месте превращения. Как итог, пока что рекомендую за идею, надеясь на перечисленные мною дальнейшие улучшения.

Awesome game! I really enjoyed playing it. I've been playing chess online (and offline) for a long time and this combination of cats and chess is just genius. I love the music, the audio design and, of course, the cats. The animation is lovely and the things they do for each piece capture is hilarious. It's really a great variation of chess if you want to play online chess a bit differently.

what an incredible and adorable game! was waiting for it to come out when i saw a preview few weeks before the release, and the game did not dissapoint :) also thanks for the ukrainian language!

Замурррчательная игра

This is a fun little cat themed chess back for 7$! The animations are cute, and the sound design is good; the classical music is enjoyable as well. I do appreciate the ability to fast forward through animations. I do wish there was maybe a button you could press to toggle piece icons, as its somewhat difficult to tell a few of the pieces apart from each other. Likewise, pre-moves and maybe an eval bar. The campaign is easy enough, with a gradual difficulty ramp, but overall its very doable (probably 600 elo or so). There's seemingly no undo move button, but there is an overlay to see possible piece moves, including on the opponent's pieces. En passant, castling (short and long) and all pawn upgrades are all present! Overall, great little game!

Chess with cats, can’t get any better than this. I just wish there were more animations, plus an Elo system in PvP once the player base grows, a time limit for bullet chess, and maybe a bigger board so the cats are easier to click.
