About
Castle Daybreak is an indie single-player class-based Action RPG; set in a medieval world on the verge of being overrun by an unrelenting evil.
Unlock powerful and unique abilities for your class! Mix and match Perks and weapons to build the perfect build while climbing through the levels and defeating all the enemies that stand in your way.
Choose one of five unique classes to start your adventure, each with their own unique set of abilities. Play as the Rogue, an agile fighter that can quickly dart around the battlefield in an instant. The Guardian brings the heat with destructive AOE abilities and charming little fox for companionship. The Duelist lives for melee combat and specializes in up close and personal conflict resolution. The Vanguard has a wide assortment of abilities, most of which focuses on de-buffing the enemy and staying alive. The Healer, possessing an understanding of healing and medicine, also comprehends the techniques of virulence. The Exalted is the sixth class that is only available after completing a specific achievement in game. This class prioritizes using numerous companions alongside mind-controlling abilities to decimate their foes.
Explore the Island of Victoris, a once prosperous island that was destroyed by greed and corruption, shortly followed by a catastrophic event that left the island forever changed.
Explore and grow your power by capturing enemy fortifications, participating in random events scattered through most of the island. Delve into dungeons and reclaim epic loot that will aide in battle.
Dungeons are a great way to level up and find new gear and weapons.

The map is enormous and empty. Enemies spawn randomly and march in lock step at you. It is still in alpha which is way too early to be putting on to Steam. The dev needs to focus on making a smaller game or starting with a smaller area. Some of the sword effects are cool and the enemies look cool, even if they are incredibly boring to fight. https://youtu.be/yIcPMWDUFVg
Keep your eyes on this one, a ton of potential!
It's a nice game and fun to play!
I was with this game from the very beginning and what a comeback! I love playing this game - so much fun! Keep your eye on this developer, tons of potential!
Look, if you want an Arpg that can keep you coming back, it is surprisingly this game. No lie I was skeptical at first, it's still being developed daily by a single person. Giving feedback means you can help to shape the game for what it is to become. The game is hard, but it is rewarding when you learn how to play. The rewarding part is the most important. When I played OSRS I learned that even though it takes forever to get 99s the reason they feel so good is become of the dedication it takes to earn those max lvl skills. I don't have a ton of time on this game yet but genuinely while playing this it has felt like a serious treat and completely worth my time. Finding Treasure Chests hidden in the world that given additional skill points has weirdly enough been most of my continued drive. Pulling mobs into the nearby town and using guards to help me kill them so I can keep going has been a lot of fun and when I finally saved 500gp for a blue bow at the first lvl 12 dungeon felt SO INCREDIBLE I actually headshotted and 1 shotted my first mob which was amazing. Give the game a try, it is worth $6, honestly it is probably worth more, back this while you can.
rubbish, cant even move, camera is all over the place, theres no option to change mouse sensitivity
