Solve logic puzzles and crack multiple cases in a cosy noir London using reason, not guesswork. Murders have taken place, witness statements conflict and the alibis don't add up. Everyone has a motive, and only clear logic reveals the truth.

About
Every case is a closed logic puzzle with a single, provable answer. Gather suspect information, uncover environmental clues, and sort through conflicting accounts. If you love the classic Einstein's Riddle, you'll find the same satisfaction here - a series of cases solved through logic, not luck.
The famous 'Big Smoke' doesn't slow down, and neither does the work. You'll tackle three distinct story cases spread across the iconic city, from a concert gone wrong to a rather famous clock tower. They climb in difficulty as you go, each asking for sharper, longer chains of deduction than the last. Prove your calibre and outthink everything the city can throw at you.
A brighter take on a 1960s-style mystery, blending classic noir charm with hand-drawn 2D scenes and a gentle jazz-inspired soundtrack. Soft rain, quiet moments and subtle shadows set the mood. Settle into this cozy brain teaser and solve each case at your own pace.
Hidden codes are scattered throughout the world, with a few tucked away on this store page and beyond the game itself. Crack them to unlock optional secret cases for solvers who want more to get lost in. The full release will feature dozens of cases across a range of difficulties, with tougher puzzles waiting for anyone after a real test.

Reviews

It's a basic deduction game. What can go wrong? To start, to gather the clues you need to play a hidden object game. But the objects are not hidden very well. So you click on an object, wait to see an unfunny pun about the object, and congratulations: you now have found one totally unrelated clue for the puzzle that you are here for. Second: the grid where you enter your deductions is functional, but nothing more than that. You can enter answers, but you cannot remove incorrect options. The color-coding is nice though. Third: even though hand-crafted, the texts don't feel natural. (See below for an example.) The texts read like they could hold randomized clues. But they obviously don't. Fourth: all clues have a form of "if A then B", or variations thereof. There are no 'hidden' clues, like using the fact that a nephew cannot be female, or using any info from the story that surrounds the puzzles. E.g. we need to deduct that the clockmaker is the victim, even though the story made that clear already. It is fine to have a self-contained puzzle, but then why have the story at all? Fifth: a nice feature is that clues are automatically 'crossed out' when you are done with them (i.e. when you entered the relevant deduction). Less nice is that twice it crossed out a clue when it still contained some unused information. And sometimes it isn't crossed out when it could have. It would have been better if this could be done manually. Worse of all: in one case (3-4) there was an incorrect clue. "If whoever reported DOUBT believes in JAMMING, then the CLOCKMAKER reported CONFUSION; if not, the OFFICER reported CONTRADICTION." So "If A then B. If not A, then C." In this case, A is true, and we are supposed to conclude that C is false. But that is not how logic works. Note that several of these complaints (1/4/6) are specifically about the main story puzzles, that you can solve within two hours. There is also a set of 42 'classified' puzzles, which are just that: puzzles, without any hassle. Well, apart from the fact that each of these has to be unlocked by finding a code somewhere. Why...? So if you want a no-frills deduction game, stay away from this one.
Nice Puzzle Game hope for more dlc
