About

Carnival Hunt is a 5v1 first-person asymmetrical horror game set within a twisted carnival world created by the Puppetmaster.
Five players become fragile wind-up Bunnies who must work together, complete objectives, and find a way to escape. One player becomes the Carnival Monster, hunting them before they can complete their performance.
Both sides depend on their wind-up charge to survive. Bunnies must manage limited keys and keep one another moving, while the Monster must capture Bunnies and consume their keys to remain active.
Every key makes noise. Every mistake can reveal your position. Every second brings the performance closer to its end.
Work together as a team of five wind-up Bunnies.
Complete objectives, explore the map, share resources, and coordinate your escape before the Carnival Monster finds you.
The Bunnies are not powerful fighters. Survival depends on teamwork, careful movement, resource management, and knowing when to hide.
A separated Bunny is an easy target.
Your wind-up charge gradually runs down throughout the match.
Use keys to keep yourself moving, wind up your teammates, and activate important mechanisms. Keys are limited, and using them creates noise that can reveal your location to the Monster.
Spend them carelessly, and your team may not have enough charge to escape.
Bunnies must keep one another moving.
Trust is a resource.
Groups of fallen Bunnies can be found throughout the carnival.
Hide among them and pretend to be one of the lifeless puppets when the Monster approaches.
The Monster can inspect the bodies one by one, but every search costs precious time and charge. Remain still, stay convincing, and hope the Monster chooses incorrectly.
Take control of the Carnival Monster and stop the Bunnies before they escape.
Track their movements, disrupt their objectives, separate the group, and consume their wind-up keys to extend your own charge.
Each Monster has unique abilities designed around hunting, deception, pressure, and control.
Predict where the Bunnies will go.
Punish their mistakes.
Break their coordination.
Every player experiences the hunt from a first-person perspective, limiting situational awareness and keeping danger just outside their field of view.
Use positional voice chat to communicate with your teammates, but be careful. The Monster may be listening.
Winding keys, activating mechanisms, moving through the environment, and communicating at the wrong moment can expose your position.
Sometimes silence is the safest strategy.

Explore procedurally arranged map layouts built from 32 modular rooms across several carnival themes. Routes, room connections, and the spaces you encounter can change from one match to the next.
Each hunt challenges the Bunnies to understand their surroundings, complete their objectives, and adapt before the Monster brings the performance to an end.
The Monster performs.
The Bunnies perform.
Even death has a role to play.
Customize your character and enter the carnival dressed to impress, intimidate, or deceive.
After all, every performer needs the right costume.
Wind your friends. Protect your keys. Listen carefully.
The carnival is waiting.

Truly an outstanding game in the asym horror space. I've dumped 100+ hours since day 1 of early access release when I finally was able to play the game and I have no regrets. Definitely feel like I've already gotten my money's worth. The focus on hide and seek instead of chase/loop like some competitors is very compelling and can be high-stakes at times. Bunnies HAVE to work together to win, and the team coordination is possible across regions/languages with the in-game alt key quick communication menu and pings. It's fun playing with people I can't speak the language of and beating a hunter through our shared understanding of pings and physical actions. I highly recommend you give this game a try while its in EA, and participate in what's truly a special community while it's still young.

7/10 - Very good. If you enjoy asymmetrical mp games, you should not miss this one. Atmosphere, graphics, sound, music are very well executed. Because the game is in early access the game lacks content, but what here already is will be more than enough (if you will like the game). The devs make updates and patches quite fast and listen the community. Gameplay - 5 bunnies vs 1 hunter. There is two hunters at the moment, both posses quite unique abilities, but overall have the similar kit: 1)teleportation 2)long range grab and 3)obstruction ability, 4th ability is completely different in both hunters. I hope in the future hunters will have more unique kits, but it will be a challenge, because maps and core gameplay is made in a such way, it will be hard to make a completely different kit without breaking the balance. Bunnies have to reach 4th floor and open exit gates. by activating mechanisms and opening gates to next floor, naturally hunter needs to stop them. Bunnies can loot previous, unlucky bunnies for a wide range of equipment to escape the hunter or make progress to the exit gate faster. There are some minor problems: 1)Too many bunnies. As a hunter you will find a match very quickly, while as bunny, you might sit in queue for some time. 2) Lack of good tutorial. At the moment there is bare bones bunny tutorial that covers only the most essential information. No tutorial for a hunter, which probably led to surplus of bunny players. I really hope the game will find its prosperous future, because the game truly has potential.
I strongly do not recommend people to play this game. Firstly, it is an early access that acquires $. Also, I have joined Beta version late last year when the team put DASH gears on lvl tree?(forgot if it was on lvl tree or from slot machine). I was very happy to test and play this game as a 5000 + hrs DBD/ similar game player, however, this game makes me feel so frustrated. Not only it is extremely hard to get gears from slot machine such as DASH, HIGH JUMP or LISTENING, but also the way of getting XP is making me really exhausted. I have played/ tested this game for 80 HRS, well at the first 30hours, I had certain passion to play with random people around the world(also i knew some awesome players from this game that's a thumb up). But as soon as I was digging XP just for getting gears like DASH/ HIGHJUMP,etc. I finally see this game system behind the veil... I have played hundreds of game, trying my best to carry candies while escaping just to get XP, so i can twist that slot machine. Personaly, I am quitting when I reached LVL20, also have spent 160 GOLDEN CANDIES to get none of those gears. I have also seen my friends left this game because they've used over 150 GOLDEN CANDIES and never seen a green gear receipe, or get a GEAR like one of those, which seems extremely hard to get. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME... GAINS are not worthy the time and passion you've put in.
In its current state, new players will just get bullied by SWF squads with 3 stuns each, you'll get in a good chase, just to get looped for 5 minuets while four other survivors do objs. Leave the player your chasing? Everyone else also has 3 plus stuns. While this will be good once more players get better at the game, in its current state though, it just allows bunnies to bully you in VOIP with their vast game knowledge. There is a reason only 5 people play killer, and its not because survivor is more fun... devs, i encourage you to make the "power roll" seem more powerful. I feel as unthreatening as a squirt gun. Even with MMR, im only matching against players with 2k plus, and im hard stuck at 1k. I enjoy this game, and feel it has a lot of potential, however things needs to be changed. I understand since I'm new its gonna be harder for me, however this is WAY too high of a difficulty curve to expect anyone to want to put up with bully squads for a few days while they get their footing. Here is a good luck to the devs! I hope this game takes off, but there needs to be some changes to balance in favor of the killers.
This game will make you never wanna play any game again. It is so frustrating no matter which side you are on. I have gained 20 different mental disorders trying this game for less than 10 hours.
The latest patch brought such a massive nerf to the hunter player base that there are barely any left. The sisters have been nerfed 3 times in a row and it doesn’t seem to stop. Bunnies complain that they can’t 1v1 the hunters and the dev seem to be catering to those players, for now stay away.
Extremely beautiful game. All the assets and set design are top notch. Overall a very fun concept and mix up on the current asym killer game format but needs a good bit of work on the balancing, along with some extra UI elements which help explain gameplay more. Unfortunately I can't recommend it for the time being as trying to play bunny is very unfun and boring most of the time. Every killer you run into already seems to have the game figured out and know exactly where to camp, where to stick bunnies in cages, and how to keep them there. Split objectives are a great idea, but it only takes a second for the killer to teleport over grab you to place you in a cage back on the first floor. Rinse and repeat. And that's BEFORE the killer gets upgrades to become perfectly invisible with no sound? At that point just give the killer a button to win the game lol. I get it you're supposed to be upgrading your bunnies with gears to help obtain an edge, but you can only craft those with parts. And you only get parts from finding them in the levels. And you only keep them by winning. Currently it's a loop of load in, get camped, go back to lobby. It's quite rare to find a match that you can escape but I chalk that up to the killer being new. I really want this game to be a diamond in the rough with the new concept they've come up with. Something to shake up the current copy paste bad guy chasing you in a square playground 4v1 experience. But for the time being, it needs a good bit of polish on the gameplay side. I really do hope things improve before this game loses momentum.
The game is mostly fine, I just think making Black and White, 2 generic colors, locked behind those who supported the Kickstarter is pretty dumb. Why not give the supporters something more unique like a neon green or something? Why the most basic colors to ever exist, that are commonly found on rabbits, be permanently unobtainable?
Оптимизации нет. На бетке работало лучше. Баланса нет. Sisters unbalanced. Берегите нервы. Не покупайте это, пока что.
